CSX D&H R403 With 3 EX D&H GP39-2's Destined For CSX 1993

CSX D&H R403 originated in Rouses Point NY as train RPPY (Rouses Point- Potomac Yard). Upon reaching CSX Rals it became R403. D&H was in receivership at that time and Norfolk Southern was operating their trains, This consist has three former D&H GP39-2's (ex-Reading) units in tow which were destined to go to CSX. Video shows the train at Fairview Road crossing and then at the CSX Wilsmere yard in Delaware. R403 does a lot of switching at Wilsmere and when they finally reached me at the crossing it was dark.
