I love the way these young people have such good practical outdoor skills. My daughter went on a water science field trip with other science students (all guys) in the NZ backcountry. At the end of a long day she was the only one who knew how to start a woodfire in a charcoal BBQ to cook the evening meal. She thanked her Dad - it was only after seeing him do it many times she was able to get it going and everybody was able to eat hot food that night.
This has been a very enjoyable video! A beautiful walk through the woods, the preparation of a great meal that looked very good! You prepare like a true chef and I trust it was very tasty.
