Honestly though doesn't it seem like Joe betrayed Elliot first? Even before the club incident and the snaking Joe even admits it here that he didn't like elliot anymore and essentially ditched him. How do you think that felt for elliot when the person he thinks is his best friend and basicallh youtube partner suddenly decides he doesn't want anything to do with him anymore? Obviously elliots reaction was out of line like calling jj and snaking him etc but I think people are being a bit harsh on him cos Joe suddenly cut him off with no explanation which is really cruel

Joe has matured into such a genuine guy and he's a proper role model for teenagers like me. He lost the fight but that made him into the bloke he is and its great

I just think they both did things that they probably shouldn't of at the time and it would be good if they got in contact again like Joe said and potentially even have Eliot on the wafflin podcast. I loved the two of them and thought they made an iconic duo when it came to the haunted and abandoned videos and they are both grown men so surely they would be able to sort out the whole problem maturely. I don't mean the should be best friends again but I feel it would help them both if they cleared the ice a bit :)

I used to work at thorpe park and elliot came in all confident and cocky i said to him i recognised him from youtube and i think he thought i was a fan because he got all happy, he then asked if he could get free entry, which wasnt possible so i told him i couldnt do that. He then proceeded to storm off cursing.

Ive been a fan of Joe since I saw him for the first time on Spencer FC’s first wembley cup in 2015 I think, and he’s always been such a genuine and nice guy, funny and also sensitive and true to himself. I never cared about him losing whatever fight he fought, he’s ALWAYS been genuine and inspiring. I always wish him the best because he deserves the world. His exploring videos are one of the best things in TH-cam for me, wish he’d do that with more of the guys like sidemen and ChrisMD willNE etc
Always felt sorry for Joe ngl. I completely relate to him in that Weller does seem to crumble a lot under pressure, which I believe may be due to the fact he was bullied as a child (again something I can relate to), I know how much the pressure and anxiety must consume him mentally as I’ve been there myself many times. He seems like such a humble and level headed guy tho I do rate him for that, not blinded by all the TH-cam bullshit he’s first and foremost just a caring decent human being. He has so much potential but I feel it’s the mental battles he fights that get to him which is something I emphasis with completely, it must’ve felt bad when his best mate stabbed him in the back, it’s something we’ve all been through mate. Keep doing you Joe lad do what makes you happy

CT83 he was on the vocal course at uni, so didn’t see him too often. We only had a few classes together. He seemed to just be obsessed with drake, but tbh he didn’t leave a negative or positive opinion on me, he weirdly kept to himself quite a bit

I did think Elliot was jealous of Lawrence for some reason and think he thought Lawrence was influencing Joe; reckon Joe is right about the TH-cam getting to his head because he seemed a genuinely nice guy when he first started. This might be a bit of an unpopular opinion, but if my mate ghosted me and I didn't know why and then they turned up somewhere with the intent to piss me off after not speaking for a while, I'd be fumming. Not saying that what elliot did was right or anything. I just think if I was joe and someone who I considered a friend was being arrogant and changing for the worst I'd let them know. Like he said he was drunk when he did it and probably regrets it till this day. I dunno I guess TH-cam friendships aren't as 'real' as what they seem. Like I said not defending what he did.
