NO ONE MENTIONS AFRICAN PANTHEON? African pantheon should be included. So much potential for the African pantheon. FOR EXAMPLE: Anansi is an African folktale character. He often takes the shape of a spider and is considered to be the spirit of all knowledge of stories. He is also one of the most important characters of West African and Caribbean Folklore. Stories or Fables are often associated with Anansi. Story tells of how Anansi once tried to hoard all of the world's wisdom in a pot (in some versions a calabash). Anansi was already very clever, but he decided to gather together all the wisdom he could find and keep it in a safe place. With all the wisdom sealed in a pot, he was still concerned that it was not safe enough, so he secretly took the pot to a tall thorny tree in the forest (in some versions the silk cotton tree). His young son, Ntikuma, saw him go and followed him at some distance to see what he was doing. The pot was too big for Anansi to hold while he climbed the tree, so he tied it in front of him. Like this the pot was in the way and Anansi kept slipping down, getting more and more frustrated and angry with each attempt.Ntikuma laughed when he saw what Anansi was doing. "Why don't you tie the pot behind you, then you will be able to grip the tree?" he suggested.Anansi was so annoyed by his failed attempts and the realisation that his child was right that he let the pot slip. It smashed and all the wisdom fell out. Just at this moment a storm arrived and the rain washed the wisdom into the stream. It was taken out to sea, and spread all around the world, so that there is now a little of it in everyone.Though Anansi chased his son home through the rain, he was reconciled to the loss, for, he says: "What is the use of all that wisdom if a young child still needs to put you right?"
When he said native American please tell me I wasn't the only one who though that the wendigo would be a freaky and amazing addition as a god. I know he isn't a god but I have a feeling with his different forms that could be cool as hell and bring about a different atmosphere
But Wendigo isn't a individual creature like Medusa. Wendigo is the name of human-like creatures that were cursed for eaten human flesh. They're more like "gorgons" than "Medusa".
Also, before Hi-Rez adds anymore pantheons, they need to finish the ones already in the game. Like the Japanese pantheon, which mind you, only HAS 3 GODS (raijin, Susano, Amaterasu) , or the Greek pantheon which doesn't have a warrior
Gods I would like to see: Hecate Hestia Eros Hermes Dionysus Circe Hera Demeter Hephaestus Persephone Jord Freyr Njord Sif Heimdall Forseti Bragi Balder Frigg Jormungand Sekhmet Maat Set Nephthys Nut Ptah Horus Hathor.
Treadway11 Yeah but there are some differences between Roman and Greek gods. Yet, I wouldn't mind of they scrapped the Roman pantheon and renamed them to Greek ones.
That is correct, Gilgamesh and Enkidu are related to Mesopotamian mythology. Also, the Mesopotamian pantheon would be an excellent addition to the game.
She's associated with crows but she is mainly the goddess of "looming death" or fate on the battlefield. I think she would be cool, especially since she has three forms. Hekate, I agree, would be awesome! Janus remastered?
I would love to see the yoruban pantheon in smite. Osoosi, Eshu(Exu), Eledumare, Yemaya, Shango, Obatala, Aggayu, and Yansa. I only wish this pantheon wasn't so small, which is why more than likely it won't happen.

For Native American, not gonna go with another god, but a monster from folklore. It's the Wendigo. Let me know what you think.
Cool but the characters in Smite are specific people - those things are both species. If they were going to do stuff like that they would call Medusa a gorgon not Medusa.

I like this videos. I think that the celtic pantheon should be in Smite. Because they have the Morrigan, she can be really useful to new and advance players. Native american didn't have any gods but rather sspirits
Maybe saying Amerindian would be better. The point is if they make a Native American (of only the country America) then it should be a specific tribe. I like the idea though.
When it comes to gods from the mythologies of Africans and Native Americans, I really hope that hi-rez studios doesn't just lump them in together to form an "African Pantheon" and "Native American Pantheon", but I could see why one would think they would go down that path. Many mythologies have had their records destroyed over the course of centuries due to many factors such as the conversion of many pagans and the limits of oral tradition. Whereas the Greek, Egyptian, Norse or Chinese gods number in the hundreds, you can count the amount of Zulu and Lakota gods with just your fingers. (If you go by wikipedia articles, that is.) That's probably not enough gods to create a massive roster within one lone pantheon. But there is a possible solution to that. If hi-rez is going to add an African or Native American pantheon to their game, then the strongest candidates for a pantheon from each specific category would be the Yoruba Pantheon and the Inuit Pantheon. Mainly because those two pantheons have the largest amount of gods under their belt out of all the African pantheons and Native American pantheons respectively. Those two pantheons are the strongest choices if you don't want an African pantheon or Native American pantheon representing a broad category of mythologies that have nothing to do with each other except for geography or demographics.
Michabo The Great Hare. A trickster, shape-shifter. Creator of man,the earth, deer, water and fish. Michabo drives away cannibal spirits . In the House of Dawn, Michabo is the host to the souls of good men, feeding them succulent fruits and fish. Would be a Shamin class Amazing at getting into fights and healing the team as his ability would be 1. Bountiful: Sending out finite and fishes to all healing them( they don't have to be near the ability spreads out the map) the close the team mates are the more health 2: Spirit animal: Alteringhis form changing into one of three spirits 1:Hare( Running around allies giving them a speed buff with a slick yellow aurora ) 2: Deer ( walking around healing allies around him with a majestic green aurora) 3: Brown bear ( brings fear to the enemies causing allies to have mighty power red aurora 3. Tribal call Confuses enemies with a native chant ( that's it ..... Idk :) ) Ult Dream Walker When activated it will give all allies for
Hey Shivoki, you should look for an old Dutch lore named Witte Wieven (white woman) mythical creatures about 3 white woman in the Mist. its an cool lore and would be a cool concept for smite to have a 3 woman God gp. @Shivoki
You said that Bellona and Hercules weren't gods. Hercules ascended into godhood after doing the deeds, and Bellona is the Goddess of war, similar to how the Xbal-Awilix relationship
For those who don't know Awilix is a goddess that is only worshipped by a small fraction of the Mayans. and Xbal is the more commonly known one and recognized.
How about a top 5 list of skins that you would like to add? Like, to gods who barely has any skins. Or perhaps a top 5 list of spells or mechanics that may be unique to the game?
dude that number one would be bad because I'm native and the other tribes have way to many gods that are similar and different from mine, there are a lot of tribes that would be mad if their gods weren't added so bad idea
I've heard people say that hi-rez wouldn't add the Aztec pantheon in because they felt it would be redundant what with the Mayan pantheon and all that. If that's the case, then why did they even add in the Roman pantheon in the first place? They kind of left that ship to burn the minute they decided to add the Roman pantheon into the game. And while we're on the subject, all the Roman gods should have their Greek counterparts added to the game and vice versa. You could probably add some joke taunts in the form of that old "My own clone! Now neither of us will be virgins!" joke from the days of yore. Since most gods aren't virgins unless stated otherwise, there's plenty of room for variation to that joke.
To be honest I really wish smite doesn't add another class, I feel like smite has the perfect amount. Plus making another class, it would take the longest time to fill up that class with gods(unless they took gods from other classes and moved them into the new class, which would piss off a lot of people). Plus conquest would be a little weird. Warrior for solo, Mage for mid, supp and hunters for duo lane, and assassin for jungling. Then there would be a new class...what? That's just my opinion.
I got what he said, but the way I see it is there is a high desire for supports like Fafnir. Fafnir himself is tricky, he's very stuck between a support like Khepri, and the idea of "Shaman". I feel there need to be more pure support oriented gods, rather than gods in between that offesnive and defensive. Passive Supports that can still help in battle.
Perun (thunder god), Veles (lord of underworld "Navia"), Jarilo (god of vegetaition, spring, fertality), Lada (godesses of Love), Dziewanna (godesses of hunting), Svarog (blacksmith god of sun) and many many more... SLAVIC PANTHEON PLS COME TO SMITE
Atztec mythology is nearly the same as the Maya mythology. A lot of gods just have a different name. For example: Kukulkan = Quetzalcoatl And I want to see Mick Thomson in Smite! Oh... forgot it... he is already in... Slaughterhouse chaac... "and the rain will kill us all"
I would love a native american pantheon but I do see how that could come across in a negative way, EXTREMELY SENSITIVE especially given the history of Native Americans still fighting for their culture today. I think a great compromise would something like Hawaiian or maybe a Polynesian, tribal/island pantheon would be amazing. Not to mention the one I really want is a Babylonian/Mesopotamian/Sumerian Pantheon. There's a lot of source material to work with. Also I wonder about Inuit (eskimo) myths for North America. Link to make you think.... metalgaia.files.wordpress.com/2013/06/964390_329719203820336_925162630_o.jpg
I really think it would be cool to see Pacific gods mainly new Zealand Maori gods, plus it would open up the smite MOBA world to new Zealand because NZ mainly only play HoN dota2 nd LoL.....
Here are my god ideas (just some that comes to mind right now, if I wikiattacked, I would have a lot more) Celtic: Morrigan, phantom goddess or the deer headed forest god. Slavic: Chernobog, lord of darkness, Belobog, lord of light, Baba Yaga, the deadly witch, and two hungarian gods (I know, they aren't exactly slavic, but that's the closest pantheon) Őr Dög (Oer Dog), guard of hell/god of luck (dog creature by the way, don't search for him, he is not very well known) and Szélanyó, the wind mother. Inca: Viracocha, god of sun and storm Armenian: first time I've ever heard about it, I gotta read about it. Native American: Giche Manitou, the great spirit, Thunderbird, the sky guardian, Coyote, the trickster, the buffalo headed thunder god, Grandma Spider, weaver of the world. Pantheons I'd really like (which weren't included here) are African with Eshuu, the liar god, Ghekre, gorilla judge of the dead, Shango, god of storms, and Bumba, who trew the universe up Pacific ocean with Maui, the pesky fisher, Diwa Zib, the head hunter Mesopotamian with Anu the creator god and Kingu, the dragon goddes
I'm descended from the Miq'Maq; Glooscap's people. I had been saying for a while they should add the North American pantheons and specifically Glooscap.
Actually, Hercules IS a god. He was a demigod who was granted godhood. And...Hun Batz is the monkey god. And Achilles shouldn’t be in smite, not because he isn’t a god, but because he was never an immortal of any variety. Not a monster, god, demigod, or anything of the sort. And another thing, Bellona IS a god, not a hero. She’s just specific to Roman mythology.
Lol I want to see the Navajo pantheon if they make a Native American pantheon just because a lot of the key figures were named after the animal they were. Like Coyote, which would be funny because he acts like Wile E. Coyote in most tales (He set fire to his own tail to run faster in a race once). Then there's the bear mother... water monster... Talking God... LMAO... and Spider Woman (she's not a superhero) But Hi-Rez should probably expand the pantheons they do have currently (there's only 5 Japanese gods!! and 3 Celtics)
those aren't the main Celtics(k-el-tic not s-el-tic), look up the Morigan(mage, goddesses of death, Flitish(hunter, goddesses of the hunt), or Brieget (queen of the gods)(not correct spelling and you won't read it right)
Cool pantheon would be like the Aborigine pantheon, they have a god called "Bamapana" The trickster god of swearing and foul language, his ult be like he says "Fuck off" and then everyone fears away. Another one would be the Etruscan pantheon, gods like "Sethlans" (God of fire and volcanoes) and "Menrva" (Goddess of war and arts) would be nice to see
Too much European and Asian pantheon. Egyptian and Mayan are the only two that don't fit that description. Won't go over well with Europe and Americans with Incan? "Dis Murica we spake anglish" lool
Ive been thinking of Native American Gods for a long time. For the Native Americans you coulf add beasts in the pantheon too like Skinwalkers or the Wendigo.
Talking about Aztec gods, the problem is not so much the names (just look at some of the Chinese, Hindu or even Mayan gods), the problem is, they share many of the same mithology as the Mayans esxcept for a few name changes or roles. For example, Quetzacoatl is the same as Kukulkan, the only thing that changes is the name.
Personally, as a New Zealander, I have always loved the idea of having the Maori gods in Smite. I love their lore, my favorite being Hine-nui-te-po, and Maui of course
I want a Hawaiian pantheon and play as Maui using a hook that you can grapple enemies with and use the earth to his advantage would be awesome plus he would be a warrior.
His basic attacks are like Osiris's but his basics have more range with the last three strike swinging with the rope that the hook is attached to. Plus his second ability can have him doing a huge down strike with his hook doing as much damage as like sun wukongs staff. His ultimate can have him slow enemies like how he slowed down the time of each day but first also beginning as a stun. His third ability pulls enemies closer using his hook like I first said. Then his first ability has him raising the ground up blocking an enemies path just like how he raised islands up from the sea.
I'd love to see a finnish pantheon, but I also think that Hawaiian and Native american would be really cool. For finn gods I dont think that many would fit, but Väinämöinen and Ilmarinen are pretty cool For Hawaiian I think that one of the 4 great ones could be really cool and for Native americans I think that Wendigo would be the most amazing thing ever
am i the only one thinking.... you know... american folklore? like, woah, paul bunyan, or john henry, or pincos bill(i don't remember his name) but you know, is that too out of the ordinary for the battleground of the gods?
Honestly, if they were to add another pantheon, which probably wont be anytime soon, they should seek more diversity. To this is a polynesian or a native american pantheon perfect. I fully support celtic (pretty sure it's pronounced Keltic) or african too though. The rest, not so much... Also, you mentioned a new class. Probably the only new class they could add is a type of support class, as everything else seems to be far to specialized to be it's own class. But a class meant for supports would be nice though! ^^
Zoroastrian pantheon with the example gods being Verethragna "god of victory" (lots of versatility) can see him as a warrior or a cqc mage, and Angra Mainyu "The destructive spirit" ( think of him as the guy who just wants to watch the world, an everything else the gods created, burn) can see him as a warrior or assassin.
Would love to see cu chulainn/Setanta for the Celtic pantheon. Not technically a god but rather the son of one ( in some accounts). Basically an Achilles style hero in Irish/scots mythology who undergoes "warp spasms" whereby his body twists into a monstrous berserker form. In the stories he single handedly fights off an invading army at a river (killing his best friend in the process) all the while being attacked by the Morrigan (a crow goddess of death) whom he also beats the crap out of. Wikipedia him, he has some cool stories :)
Making a new class may be a bit difficult. Maybe instead of that we could see more gods like Ao Kuang and Sol. Or maybe a stance shifting warrior that can switch between magical and phys damage based on his opponent ? :D that would be op..
that nilstee the wind god. idk how you spell that name. i found the same exact picture while i was looking up the aztec gods. name was quetzalcoatl "the feathered serpent"
I watched this video on my iPad and I was listening to unity thefatrat before this video, and when is started playing it cancelled my background music and guess what song was in the background in this video
Out of all of these I think the Native American one sounds the most interesting. But something that wasn't on the list but I think would fit well into the game would be an African pantheon. It's such a huge landmass with loads of countries in it so I think Hi-Rez would have a lot to work with.
Celtic is pronounced Kell- Tick not Sell-Tick
Source: I'm Irish
why does c even exist all it does is steal the job of k and s
really I always thought it was Kal tic
This is a different language, not everything is Americanized.

Was looking for this 😂

Egyptian gods are African
West Africa
You nuts
I was thinking about the African gods in this pantheon are Oshun, Orisha of Love and Yemoja, Orisha of Rivers, and many more African Gods.
Anansi
I'd like to see Yoruba gods. Shango and Oya as warriors, Ogun and Oko as gaurdians, Ochosi as a hunter, Osun and Agayu as mages, Eshu as an assasin
When he said native American please tell me I wasn't the only one who though that the wendigo would be a freaky and amazing addition as a god. I know he isn't a god but I have a feeling with his different forms that could be cool as hell and bring about a different atmosphere
agreed!
I think they are going to focus on the Japanese pantheon before anything else however lol
Sounds intriguing. Kind of like a fenrir nemesis
Yeah you could add skinwakers too
But Wendigo isn't a individual creature like Medusa. Wendigo is the name of human-like creatures that were cursed for eaten human flesh. They're more like "gorgons" than "Medusa".
Hawaiian gods are BADASS bruh!!!
Pele - Goddess of Volcano
A lot more can't remember but ya
She is the goddess of fire who lived in the volcano :)
She's already in.
we need african gods... moar black people in smite!
the pantheon I want to see added is sumerian
there needs to be some african pantheon
hell yes!
shiit u actually replied
+Svetlin Sofiev you mean like Egyptian gods
+Ernie Lopez African have a different pantheon, Egyptian is from egypt
+Goob65 he asked for an African pantheon which is already in the game. Instead of asking for another African pantheon
i think slavic gods, Celtic, Hawaiian/Polynesian would be the best three to have because they are probably the best well known that are left.
Also, before Hi-Rez adds anymore pantheons, they need to finish the ones already in the game. Like the Japanese pantheon, which mind you, only HAS 3 GODS (raijin, Susano, Amaterasu) , or the Greek pantheon which doesn't have a warrior
true
greek used to have nemesis as a warrior but they changed her to assassin
She used to be a warrior?
+FaceBones yes
Nike. warrior. done.
Gods I would like to see:
Hecate
Hestia
Eros
Hermes
Dionysus
Circe
Hera
Demeter
Hephaestus
Persephone
Jord
Freyr
Njord
Sif
Heimdall
Forseti
Bragi
Balder
Frigg
Jormungand
Sekhmet
Maat
Set
Nephthys
Nut
Ptah
Horus
Hathor.
Hephaestus is technically already in the game as Vulcan in the Roman Pantheon.
Treadway11 Yeah but there are some differences between Roman and Greek gods. Yet, I wouldn't mind of they scrapped the Roman pantheon and renamed them to Greek ones.
What about Hoder/Hothr?
+HalfBit360 Who? :-D
+Killer Frost The male Norse God of Blindness/Winter
What about the Mesopotamian pantheon? Come on, it's a blasphemy how they aren't here yet. So many cool gods would be here, like Ishtar and Tiamat.
Exactly, the only pantheon I would add is that
Aren't Gilgamesh and Enkidu Mesopotamian gods/demigods as well? Cause it'd be pretty dope to have them too
That is correct, Gilgamesh and Enkidu are related to Mesopotamian mythology. Also, the Mesopotamian pantheon would be an excellent addition to the game.
yes arian pantheon it's the best pantheon with a lot of great gods and demi gods
Nicholas Nguyen those pantheons originally are arain pantheons
I very badly want Hawaiin pantheons in the game. :'D
Nicholas Nguyen nah Hawaiian is way cooler
BushBumper fck yeah Pele all day
Jacob Pearson MOANA AND MAUI WILL BE GODS IN SMITE
moana is not a goddess..........
BushBumper well well well
What about The Morrighan....
She's the Crow goddess right? that would be sweet.
I think Hekate would be really interesting too.
She's associated with crows but she is mainly the goddess of "looming death" or fate on the battlefield. I think she would be cool, especially since she has three forms. Hekate, I agree, would be awesome! Janus remastered?

God: Marduk

Dude, Loki is ONLY Hel's father, not any sort of death deity. Derp.
Also your spelling Hel wrong. Her name has only 1 'L'.
00784865S your grammar hurts me.
Sorry, aint english and my keyboard trolled me a little bit that day(along with my brain).and sorry for the wrong spelling of Hel but like i said-aint english or norse for that matter.
QorinHalfhand. yea slavic and pagans whers that stuff
i wanna see the Babylonian Pantheon. they got gods like marduk, god of the sun.
tiamat, the dragon demon.
gilgamesh. etc. its a very interesting Pantheon
Badass!
oooo nice choice.
It also has the oldest work of literature in the world, The Epic of Gilgamesh
Parodyism pantheon(parody religions):
-Flying Spaghetti Monster(Pastafarianism)
-J.R.Bob Dobbs(church of the SubGenius)
-Xenu(Scientology)
-The Dude(Dudeism)
-Invisible Pink Unicorn
-Russel's teapot
I would love to see the gods of Babylon like Enki, Marduk, Tiamat etc.
If i had to bet on next most likely pantheon, i'd probably go with Celtic.
I'd love a Yoruba/West African pantheon. I'd love to see Shango go storm axe to lightning axe with Chaac. His father Agayu, a desert/volcano god could be fun too.

I want Persian. They seem awesome. Idk any gods but it would be cool to have Persian gods/beasts.
Mayans are Native Americans. You should be more specific about what American tribe you mean.
The mayans I'm speaking of are in no way shape or form native American lol.
They are. They are native to North America. They are Native Americans. But I get what you mean. People only call the Natives of USA Native Americans.
Maybe saying Amerindian would be better. The point is if they make a Native American (of only the country America) then it should be a specific tribe. I like the idea though.

+K9theXV When it comes to Africa, they could probably get the most outta the Yoruba pantheon
celtic is one I really want because the celtic go2ds are soo diverse and it would be really instresting and cool what the community could do with it
gods
I agree
I totally agree!
Sumeria. Anu, Ishtar, Marduk, Enki, Enlil
Hawaiian Pantheon would own them all, Kane, ku, lono, Kanaloa ftw
A celtic god I want to see would be Larry bird. I think he would be an assassin type god.
i would love the to see the slavi panteon and i would kinda like the balti pantheon aswell
Can you do a new version of this and your video of gods you want in please :)
im irish and i know its hard to say for americans but celtic is pronounced ke-l-tic
add the Hawaiian gods the character designs would be so interesting
Agreed :)
@@BromoProductions Hawaiian is already in smite but it's called Polynesian.
Michabo
The Great Hare. A trickster, shape-shifter. Creator of man,the earth, deer, water and fish. Michabo drives away cannibal spirits . In the House of Dawn, Michabo is the host to the souls of good men, feeding them succulent fruits and fish.
Would be a Shamin class
Amazing at getting into fights and healing the team as his ability would be
1. Bountiful: Sending out finite and fishes to all healing them( they don't have to be near the ability spreads out the map) the close the team mates are the more health
2: Spirit animal: Alteringhis form changing into one of three spirits
1:Hare( Running around allies giving them a speed buff with a slick yellow aurora )
2: Deer ( walking around healing allies around him with a majestic green aurora)
3: Brown bear ( brings fear to the enemies causing allies to have mighty power red aurora
3. Tribal call
Confuses enemies with a native chant ( that's it ..... Idk :) )
Ult
Dream Walker
When activated it will give all allies for
10 seconds while giving all allies 15% of their maximum health sending out a mighty roar giving him a slight attack buff
Hey Shivoki, you should look for an old Dutch lore named Witte Wieven (white woman) mythical creatures about 3 white woman in the Mist. its an cool lore and would be a cool concept for smite to have a 3 woman God gp. @Shivoki
I'll look it up, thanks :)
You said that Bellona and Hercules weren't gods. Hercules ascended into godhood after doing the deeds, and Bellona is the Goddess of war, similar to how the Xbal-Awilix relationship
For those who don't know Awilix is a goddess that is only worshipped by a small fraction of the Mayans. and Xbal is the more commonly known one and recognized.
thank you some one who knows their maya xD. as someone who mains all mayan gods in smite I did my research a while back
What about Bakasura he wasn't a god so there's that...
+thatsmokerwasme By "gods" they mean any mythological creature.
How about a top 5 list of skins that you would like to add? Like, to gods who barely has any skins.
Or perhaps a top 5 list of spells or mechanics that may be unique to the game?
Wiccan Gods would be really cool !
Hell yeah :)
Wiccan gods? um..?
***** Ah okay. I probably came across as kinda dense lmao
Thanks for explaining that *****
Celtic is pronouced as Kel-tick :)
I know! Total fuck up haha, thanks!
No problem :P, really enjoying the videos lately, keep up the greatr work
i would like to see African pantheon, native american pantheon and the hawiian pantheon i think it would be so cool if smite added them
a1 jb i fuck you and hawai they looks like totems
I still want Cerberus
All celts are warriors lol
Thank you all for the support and love!
Nc
Gullenbursti! hahaha best god haha
this is much better good job my friend
dude that number one would be bad because I'm native and the other tribes have way to many gods that are similar and different from mine, there are a lot of tribes that would be mad if their gods weren't added so bad idea
Gullenbursti the Norse death pig.
I'm triggered he said Hercules wasn't a god but Hercules was made a god, like bacchus
Tengri pantheon :D
Mongolian things are always cool
mongolian and turkic mind you
I want Aztec. mostly for Tezcatlipoca and Mitlanticutli
their Mayan counter part may come into the game one day
I agree with you. It would be nice if they added some central and southern American mythologies.
Diego Olivares exactly
K9theXV I agree with you, except for the Romans have there own unique gods such as Janus, Belona, and probably Sylvanus.
i love to see babylon god
To be honest I really wish smite doesn't add another class, I feel like smite has the perfect amount. Plus making another class, it would take the longest time to fill up that class with gods(unless they took gods from other classes and moved them into the new class, which would piss off a lot of people). Plus conquest would be a little weird. Warrior for solo, Mage for mid, supp and hunters for duo lane, and assassin for jungling. Then there would be a new class...what? That's just my opinion.
I can totally understand your opinion :)
Don't worry the people from EU, US and even HI-REZ don't pronounce the mayan gods properly to begin with. So go with the aztecs.
Jorge Manuel De León Pinelo Mayans are already in the game so they can’t technically remove them. If you mean add Aztecs/Incas then I agree 100%
When he said Native American, I almost came. I'd been thinking of it for awhile, i'd even looked up gods and thought of abilities and such.
Alright calm down there.
Wait,he might be up to something...
I'm not the only one who wants to play as the thunderbird!
If anything, we need some short of African pantheon.
They would be cool if they were anything similar to xba.
The Yoruba pantheon. They are worshipped worldwide. in Nigeria, South America, Carribean, USA
Great idea. My top six are Yoruba, Celtic, Slavic, Inca, Aztec, and Hittite.
@@nicholasnguyen4365 Three of them are already in smite now.
You have 10,000 subscribers now! 🎉Congratulations! 🎉
I Would Love To See Hawaiian Gods...Maui Being One Of The First...Magical Hunter Or Warrior Or Even Mage Similar To Ao Kuoang...
Hebrew, Jewish, Muslim, Christian lol best.. Jesus, Allah, Buddha, etc xD
Perun (thunder god), Veles (lord of underworld "Navia"), Jarilo (god of vegetaition, spring, fertality), Lada (godesses of Love), Dziewanna (godesses of hunting), Svarog (blacksmith god of sun) and many many more... SLAVIC PANTHEON PLS COME TO SMITE
no she not the space goddess she SPACE MOM XD also... WHY NO FILIPINO Y NO ALLAS???! THIS NOT FAIR FOR US FILIPINOS like if u agree
Atztec mythology is nearly the same as the Maya mythology. A lot of gods just have a different name. For example: Kukulkan = Quetzalcoatl
And I want to see Mick Thomson in Smite! Oh... forgot it... he is already in...
Here are my god ideas (just some that comes to mind right now, if I wikiattacked, I would have a lot more)
Celtic: Morrigan, phantom goddess or the deer headed forest god.
Inca: Viracocha, god of sun and storm
Armenian: first time I've ever heard about it, I gotta read about it.
Native American: Giche Manitou, the great spirit, Thunderbird, the sky guardian, Coyote, the trickster, the buffalo headed thunder god, Grandma Spider, weaver of the world.
Pantheons I'd really like (which weren't included here) are
African with Eshuu, the liar god, Ghekre, gorilla judge of the dead, Shango, god of storms, and Bumba, who trew the universe up
Pacific ocean with Maui, the pesky fisher, Diwa Zib, the head hunter
Mesopotamian with Anu the creator god and Kingu, the dragon goddes
Slavic gods NEED to happen. Heck, there's a lot of non-gods in Slavic mythology that should be playable like Baba Yaga (a witch) or Ilya (a hero)
Isn't Achilles practically invincible aside from his heel? How would that work in smite?
I'm descended from the Miq'Maq; Glooscap's people. I had been saying for a while they should add the North American pantheons and specifically Glooscap.
these are really cool, i might whip up some concept designs for some gods
DO IT!
+Shivoki I would like to know what you're outro song was. btw +1 sub
LMAO... and Spider Woman (she's not a superhero)
But Hi-Rez should probably expand the pantheons they do have currently (there's only 5 Japanese gods!! and 3 Celtics)
"Nilksi the wind god"
*shows picture of Quetzalcoatl*
Celtic and Aztec Gods would be awesome. I know that there's already Mayan, but Aztec would be great as well.
those aren't the main Celtics(k-el-tic not s-el-tic), look up the Morigan(mage, goddesses of death, Flitish(hunter, goddesses of the hunt), or Brieget (queen of the gods)(not correct spelling and you won't read it right)
Cool pantheon would be like the Aborigine pantheon, they have a god called "Bamapana" The trickster god of swearing and foul language, his ult be like he says "Fuck off" and then everyone fears away. Another one would be the Etruscan pantheon, gods like "Sethlans" (God of fire and volcanoes) and "Menrva" (Goddess of war and arts) would be nice to see
I just want you to know that vampires and werewolves come for Slavic mythology and also phoenixes in some way :)
Great Ideas! Mayan already is using Aztec gods (Chaac I think) and I think there is way too many Native tribes with different gods
For finn gods I dont think that many would fit, but Väinämöinen and Ilmarinen are pretty cool
For Hawaiian I think that one of the 4 great ones could be really cool and for Native americans I think that Wendigo would be the most amazing thing ever
its Keltic not seltic
I was thinking the same thing!!!! I hate when people say seltic, it pisses me off to no end
So how do you pronounce the basketball team? Is it Keltics or seltics?
+Katara Grimes Oh, you poor thing.
am i the only one thinking.... you know... american folklore? like, woah, paul bunyan, or john henry, or pincos bill(i don't remember his name) but you know, is that too out of the ordinary for the battleground of the gods?
Wait...if they ever bring Scottish deities...HOLY SHIT KELPIE POTENTIAL AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH
The 2nd character from #2 is similar to St. George, we ordodox Christians have this kind of picture in churches. Where did you find that picture?
Making a new class may be a bit difficult. Maybe instead of that we could see more gods like Ao Kuang and Sol.
Or maybe a stance shifting warrior that can switch between magical and phys damage based on his opponent ? :D that would be op..
If we did ever see the Celtic pantheon I think we'd need to see The Morrigan, Cailleach Bheur, Morgan, Arianrhod, Cerridwen etc.
No mention of the Morrigan or Lugh for the Celts? That's who I'd love to see. Maybe even Cu Chulainn.
that nilstee the wind god. idk how you spell that name. i found the same exact picture while i was looking up the aztec gods. name was quetzalcoatl "the feathered serpent"
Is it just me or does " flinz", or however you say/spell his name, remind you of Hoggar from WoW
I watched this video on my iPad and I was listening to unity thefatrat before this video, and when is started playing it cancelled my background music and guess what song was in the background in this video
Another Hindu Mage Chakravartin he has multi arms wielding two large staves he was in asuras wrath and is Hindu mythology look it up he'd be sick
I wanna see anglo-saxon and germanic, maybe theyd fit under celtic/pagan, but idk
The fact that you semi predicted Terra here in this video
Yup ;) Camazots may be a god too!
+Shivoki Yea he is kinda confirmed they found a Camazots odyssey skin, also make a top ten favorite gods list if you can :)
I completely agree with the Native American Pantheon one. It sounds so interesting!!
Defiantly want Celtic gods, sense i did have Celtic ancestors. So ya i think it would be really cool! :D
Out of all of these I think the Native American one sounds the most interesting. But something that wasn't on the list but I think would fit well into the game would be an African pantheon. It's such a huge landmass with loads of countries in it so I think Hi-Rez would have a lot to work with.
