I'm -3.50 and -2.75 and I usually get the thinner lenses but my last 2 pairs I got standard and they were fine!! Not thick at all. If the frames aren't thin, I think you'd be fine with standard.

How did you determine the PD? It’s not on my prescription. LensCrafters left PD off
I had to measure it myself with a ruler. LensCrafters may do it for you for a fee.
