A bit late of a response, but I actually don't know. I'd assume that .jars are for JDBC, rather than ODBC, so my gut reaction is probably not. Did you get it working? I'd be interested to hear how.

I have the same problem when i am running my python script with GitHub actions. Can it be fixed similarly?
