నిజామాబాద్ ఆర్మూర్ లో మాజీ ఎమ్మెల్యే జీవన్ రెడ్డి మల్టీప్లెక్స్ మాల్ ను ఆర్టీసీ అధికారులు స్వాధీనం చేసుకున్నారు. అద్దె బకాయల చెల్లింపు పై నోటీసులు ఇచ్చినా స్పందించకపోవడంతో హైకోర్టు ఆదేశాలతో అదుపులోకి తీసుకున్నారు. ఇప్పటికైనా స్పందించి బకాయిలు చెల్లించకపోతే సీజ్ చేస్తామని అధికారులు పలుమార్లు చెప్పినా యజమానులు వినకపోవడంతో.... మాల్ లో ఉన్న వ్యాపార సముదాయాలు మూసివేసి తాళాలు వేశారు. జీవన్ రెడ్డి మాల్ లో ఉన్న వ్యాపార సముదాయాలు యధావిధిగా కొనసాగించేందుకు...అద్దె దుకాణదారులు ఆర్టీసీతో ఒప్పందాలు చేసుకోవాలని అధికారులు సూచించారు
