- B-Boy Bruce Almighty and B-Boy Victor face-off in the final battle of the 2015 Red Bull BC One World Final in Rome.
Red Bull BC One is the most important one-on-one B-Boy competition in the world. Every year, thousands of dancers across the globe vie for a chance to represent at the World Final. Sixteen B-Boys will earn the right to enter into an all-out battle on the Red Bull BC One stage, but only one will be crowned the champion.
Bruce is the true champion!And everybody knows it.

+Kaio I say they should have 7 or 9 judges and make sure they are educated on how to judge. You can't walk in there with your own perspective of bboying.. There must be a standard criteria that all judges follow and that general pop. could agree with. And improved version of r16 system would work well..! Bboying at high level competition gotta be more sports like.. sorry but this is where part of our culture is heading. You gotta adjust to the change or just go back to 80's

I used to watch Red Bull BC One. Then I quit after 2007 because I thought it was rigged. I came back to watch this one because I found out bboy Pocket was in here...After watching these finals it was a great reminder on why I quit watching Red Bull BC One.

Soy fan de victor, pero seamos sinceros la victoria fue para Bruce claramente. Aunque los dos bboys no dieron un buen espectáculo en la gran final.
Unos cuantos errores de victor me dio la duda de que no gano, pero el abuso de sus movimientos de payaso de obra por parte de bruce para mi fue los que hizo decidir a los jueces darle el cinturon a victor, si vemos varias veces los round se dedico mas ala comicidad que a hacer movimientos de dificultad. Ojo.

@@elantiborregosopositores8456 En realidad no soy muy originales los movimientos de Bruce a comparación de Víctor no todo el tiempo se puede calificar hacer los mismos hardmoves, incluso Bruce demostró mejor flow, pero en fin cada vez la RedBull BC one con esos jueces cometen errores, Menno vs Taisuke, Hong 10 vs Bruce aunque Hong sea de mis favoritos esa batalla daba para otra ronda, Issei vs Dr hill, y la más reciente Menno vs Bumblebee y Menno vs Killa kolya fueron robos descarados.

Habria que saber que porcentaje le estan dando a cada seccion, musical, dificultad, flexibilidad, detalles, originalidad, etc, pienso que solo asi sabremos la justificacion de la desicision de los jueces.
Porque yo veo que muchos dices que bruce fue mas musical en sus movimientos en cada match, pero que porcentaje esta valiendo el tema musicalidad, 40%,20%,30%, ? Porque perdio thesis en su segundo match? Si es el bboy mas completo, que cubre todas las caracteristicas a calificar .

Siempre van a estar cuestionables los campeones eso es de cada año, menno es el mas cuestionble y lo vinculan con favoritismo en red bull bc one, corrupcion, etc, pero el se para en varios escenarios y gana las competencias, no puede ser posible que todos los jueces del mundo lo beneficien, no hay logica.
Ejemplo lil zoo vs luigi, la gente cuestiona la desicion de los jueces, yo vi ganar a luigi.
Issei vs hong, vi ganar a hong.
Yo comparo esta final con la de cloud vs lilou, en aquella final cloud abusa del su performance tipo teatro se aleja un poco de la cultura break dance. Lo mismo con bruce, que derepente tiene rutinas mas enfocadas a movimietos tipo show comedia y deja de cumplir con el resto de las caracteristicas a calificar.
I love Victor to death and was pulling for him but cmon man. Right is right and wrong is wrong. They need to start using Dyzee's scoring method. This may be the last BCone I watch.

Haters gonna hate. Everyone has an opinion. Some people thought Victor, others thought Bruce. Let's just enjoy the dance and culture we love, and appreciate both b-boys for the time, effort and sacrifices they made to be the best.
Bruce should have won the finals by miles, but the judges still chose Victor as the winner. This is one of the most important decisions in the history of redbull bc one that cast a shadow over the entire organization.

+Vinny L. Victor repeated several freezes, used flares and backspins which he did in previous sets. Bruce freestyled and had longer rounds. Bruce wasn't a crowd pleaser since it came down to the last judge.
+Kaï MSQ Hmm... lets see here. Victor used the same freeze in four rounds. He also used alot of flares plus a backspin and then 90's which he had used previously therefore he "repeated". Bruce had a ton of moves left and had more variations than Victor.
Bruce is for me the best in this battle even though I don't necessarily like his style

Bruce killed it all night, and was still throwing out new and creative moves in every round of this battle..I'm a big fan of Vic, but he was way too repetitive and sloppy..Bruce got robbed

Well... Here I am almost 7 years later and against everyone in the comment section Imma go with the judges decision. Victor' responses in round 1,2 and 4 were cold fire. The battle was close though.
Victor kept it classic with a new twist while Bruce kept things ridiculously clean and aesthetic. Both did a amazing job!

this feels like the same shit when roxrite won 2011...he didn't actually deserve it but he's been trying for so long that they basically rigged it for him...totally unfair...there's no way bruce lost that night he was amazing and showed some things that no one ever thought of before...the only round that victor actually took was round 4...the rest was bruces all the way
+Kaï MSQ i was there live asshole...i saw things that you couldn't see on you screen at home because the camera when lil g was dancing was mostly behind roxrite covering half of lil g's moves...roxrite got round one in that one but lil g responded in round 2 with a similar style but more difficult freezes and transitions showing he can not only match but take it a step further (he even did the same freeze but with 1 hand)...and then round 3 roxrite crashed at least 2 times especially on the last freeze it wasn't supposed to be a headstand and it's actually quite obvious,while lil g did an insane hat trick into a suicide to secure it...everyone that night was cheering for lil g but 2 of the judges were roxrites crew members and long time friends so of course they gave it to him so that's already 2 votes based on outside factors...
Kaï MSQ yeah you watched a steady cam and i was there live...there was way more energy when lil g was out and the crowd was very displeased with the decision and you could feel it
+Kaï MSQ actually the crowd does know a lot because many people in the crowd are professional dancers...2 of the judges are roxrites crew members and one is a long time frined (i'm talking about machine,wing and pelezinho) that's more than enough to secure a win right there

+CxerRy96 his year reminded me of 2007 when Ronnie got handed the victory the same way Vic did. Roxrite beat Ronnie pretty much every round in 2007, but yet, Ronnie still won.

that was a great battle for bc one. bruce was just so original. victor just has so much foundation though. and his person carries it well. props to victor for it. bruce.. you live true to your name. almighty. mad props as deserved for both dancers.
you can watch 10 times but you cannot find 1 reason why victor won.
that was one amazing final... very impressive to see 2 bboys reaching the final, and still have stamina, and original sets to show. victor was amazing the whole competition, it seems to me like he never crashes, he is like a cat. however, i would have voted for bruce, with no hesitation in final... that guy is something else, a clown and pulling some very risky sets... i was very disappointed with the outcome... congrats to victor...bruce, the belt is yours next year. peace.

Victor took it. Bruce just doesn't top rock on beat. Bruce is very creative but it seems that it doesn't matter what's playing he would still execute the same way without thought of rhythm. He also seems to have a lack of fluidity to his sets, they seem interrupted and broken.

Why aren't Hong10, Ronnie, Dyzee, and maybe even Lilou the judges instead of those guys? If the judges are exceptional bboys, they will understand difficulty between the moves and will be able to judge better.

@@empresario.219 Tenho que concordar com o maluco, Victor não mereceu, assim como Menno também não, pois em 2014 o que estava mais “preparado” e chegou arrebentando foi o Cheerito, mas foi injustiçado também na semi contra o taisuke, que deveria ter ganhado a final (mesmo tendo passado na pilantragem dos jurados contra o Cheerito)

First time i saw this it looked like Bruce was using his theatrics to get a wind. He was slow/ not flowing but entertaining none the least

ya i felt victor took that he responded to every round, yall forgetting at the end of the day its a battle whos more hungry bruce is a good bboy no doubt but in my opinion he was slow showing detail victor came back hard with not even showing hes tired. yo show some love and respect and be happy, every dam year yall complain over who wins just enjoy the show its not lik you guys paying for it!

well, Bruce did do A LOT of TOPROCK, yet it's still considered "breaking". but when it came down to the game of who still had foot work and some power, and got straight to it, instead of LONG TOPROCKS, SHORT FOOTWORK, AND TINY BLOWUPS. Victor got what he deserves.
Actually no. I don't. But it's funny to finally see a power head win against originality. I've been in the scene for 15 years. I'm pretty sure I know what I'm talking about. But it's all good. Everyone has their opinions.

This was one of the biggest robberies in Bc one history. Victor is amazing and no shade to him but… Bruce (in my opinion) took this
I'm a fan of both Bboys but everyone's talking like Victor hasn't got any skills at all. I think people need to look at his combos and executions ... the problem is he does make them look easy but they're DAMN difficult to do. As for Bruce, he's got made originality and his skills are dope and hard to do too. This wasn't a great final and you could see that both bboys were tired but seriously ... do you really think that all the judges should've picked Bruce?? They both under performed, IMO, so to be honest it's a matter of choice. Peace!

These competitions are getting more and more boring and pathetic with each year. No transitions, no straight 30 sec rounds of non-stop flooring it. Nowadays it's just... 3 flares, freeze, stand up, start top rocking again, repeat. Dafuq is this bullshit?
Bruce!!! The judging system is one thing, but here is clearly on the judge's vote. Props to victor on the win, but Bruce really had it. He was pointing it out to victor when victor kept coming in with the same toprock/approach and victor repeated 3 times. Bruce was really mixing it up and hitting diversity/creativity/originality in his moves. Bruce may had to repeat a bit of his transitions, but it was hard to tell and he was able to cover it by adding his own freeze/personality to his moves. Battle was close, but Bruce was great!
