If you include light novels, than include both 7th and 8th kenpachi's bankais because one can destroy the entire seiretei (just like yamamoto's bankai) and the other can merge himself with the environment(he is also imune to kyoka suigetsu) otherwise ignore this. 2. I think Shunsui's bankai should be above Urahara's bankai because it is a guareented kill bankai and he has more reiatsu pool than Urahara's and we know that in bleach, it is all about the character's reiatsu pool So the list should be like this : 1.
