I am Filipino but I was born and raised in Thailand so I really have no idea what this song meant. but my wife who is pure Thai knows this. infact she is more better in speaking tagalog than I am and I felt ashamed of myself that she knows allot about Filipino language and culture than I am and she said to me that she wants me to sing this beautiful song to her at our wedding so I really try my best to remember every lyrics on this song. I'll say that my voice didn't sound that good but I made my beautiful wife cry I don't know if she loves it or she cry out of laughter because my voice sounds like a dying pig. every time I ask her if she likes how I sang it she always says that I sound like an angel (which is not). I know that she's just being sarcastic as always and that's what I like about her she always tells lies in a good way just for me to not feel bad about myself she always cheers me up when I'm not in my right mind. I wouldn't be anywhere near the man I am today if it wasn't for the love she gave.
