The primary motivation for putting my introverted-self on TH-cam in July 2019 was to try and help guide people out of those dark places that we all find ourselves in, from time to time. I've been there, sat at the bottom of dark holes, and I feel I know something of the way out again. I want to be to others that which I needed myself at earlier points in my life, so that people don't have to navigate the dark alone.
I use tarot as a tool of self-discovery, personally and for my clients. It is possible to use it for divination purposes, and I do employ this in my readings, but I feel it is more important to get in touch with ourselves, first and foremost, and confront the ~ darker ~ sides of ourselves. No one is perfect, and personal growth is a never-ending endeavour. The closer we can get to our imperfections to objectively assess them, the easier it is to let go of those self-limiting beliefs, toxic behaviours and projections that we are all plagued with. In simple terms, I use tarot for shadow work and self development. All I ask is that you be open to the message.

It applies to me more than ever.
On Febuary 1st I had a dream and it gave me an impluse, an urge and fire that I thought I had lost forever: Being a writer. I always wrote as a kid and teen and simply lost the urge and inspiration when I was around 16. Now Im 39 and that morning felt so weird and REVITILIZING. I woke up as a different person that day, since I felt like I havent felt in over 25 years. I then finished my first draft in 2,5 months, put it aside and started the second one right after.
And I will be moving in August. Moving from an apartment me and my husband have been living in for almost 20 years into a big house with enough space for us, our children and... space for writing. My own room, quiet enviornment, very inspirational. It all comes together now. Spiritual, mental, creative and material. It all fits perfectly what you said. I jumped into my new/old me and it changes my surroundings.

What amazes me is I will notice that at times I find myself in a state of calm. And the kicker is it takes me a few to figure out what the hell it is. Leo sun/rising/north node... the last year has been beyond painful. I lost everything I held of value (home, marriage, children, friends, & almost my sanity). April did birth new perspective. So much of what's been lost has really just changed. But I can't help but wonder what I'm making room for. I'm not sure what could come in that would make it all make sense, and that's ok. The only thing that really matters is I'm still standing.
This and the extended were extremely powerful reminders that I am aligned to where I am called to be. As a 56-year-old Leo Sun and Moon in Taurus, I felt that this year was the year of deepened spiritual embodiment. So much has died within my field of perception of who I "thought" I was or "made" to believe I was (or wasn't) through a childhood of abuse and an alcoholic mother. For the first time, I feel I can acknowledge the true essence of who I am, a Sun rising anew and birthing from the place of my soul and original self. The change that has taken place inside me this last month...OMG. I relate so much with that. It has been unconfortable indeed but necesary, purging, cleaning, preparing my inner self soil for the next best and higher chapter of my life, the seed broke free and I can see a little bit more clearly the path ahead.
