I honestly love you guys so much, thank you for setting high standards for what couples should be like, and presenting yourselves as such lovely people. Lots of love from London❤
I’m surprised Monica didnt rate the walker crisps as a negative number! 😂 I do agree with Sam, salt & vinegar chips (crisps) do also sting my mouth but I love it! 😂
Should try Prawn Cocktail ones next time. 😂😂 Although walker's crisps are much thiner than they used to be and more processed which probably doesn't help with reactions to them.
I gotta give it to Monica. Salt And Vinegar chips are an acquired taste. You either love 'em or hate 'em. Not to mention the more you eat the more numb your tongue becomes. 😂
Daim originated in 1953 & they are only made in one factory in the entire world,it is located in Upplands Väsby in Sweden. Dime was the Uk nane but it reverted back to Daim in the 90's. I will always call a marathon bar, a marathon though, the name Snickers is just plain ridiculous.
My Candian wife LOVES Hula Hoops and gets them every time we visit England. I miss Jaffa Cakes though, the ones available in shops in Canada are stale and not as soft after spending so much time at imports.
The reason salt & vinegar chips/crisps make your mouth sore is because of the acetic acid. Something akin to the enzyme in pineapple, when you eat it, it eats you back. They're so freaking good, though.
@@MelissaBibi Yep. Both acetic acid (vinegar) and bromelain (enzyme in pineapple) break down proteins. That's why it can be painful to eat too much of either food. Don't let it scare you, though. It's a good thing. Especially pineapple. Bromelain is an anti-carcinogen, which means it eats cancer cells. It's just that moderation is key.
I was really CHOCKED that Monica never seen a Daim in her life😲. I thougt Daim was a famous candy in the USA❤️❤️😍😆!! Everybody must have seen Daim sometimes in their lifes😆. The Daim candy is a 10!! The Mars are also a 10!! Love you guys so mutch❤️❤️💖💖
Sam should start a new series, giving us guys tips on being a good man and a partner. He is a role model of a good husband for many of us, and it would definitely help us guys who are starting to take our lives seriously
I totally agree with Monica on all of that but I’m Canadian so we have a lot of those here as well and plenty of other things I know you guys would enjoy that you can’t get in the states
Oh my gosh you to are amazing. 2 days i watching your videos to update all your vlogs. Im at home since i am stress with our business. Your videos are my stress relever now. Amazing lovestory. I love you both. From philippines mommy chie. God blessed you more.
So here in the US we have a cookie that is the exact same thing as a jammy. Is a shortbread cookie that has jam in the middle of it. I'm surprised Monica's never had one before.
Being 🇨🇦, we've got all these! Lol Mars deserves at minimum an 8.5 Crunchie are 🔥 🔥. Jammies are good. Jaffa are great! Terry's Chocolate Orange I get EVERY Christmas! Lay's S&V are my daughter's favorite. It's not a rash Monica! LOL Same from Cap'n Crunch.
A UK Mars bar is a Milky Way in the US. There was a Mars bar in the US that was nougat and almonds. They then added caramel to it and changed its name to Snickers Almond.
- If 'he was a chip' he couldn't be a wotsit, cos they are crisps...Americans and the English Language, sigh😆. - When it came to the Hoola Hoops, it might have been because you ate them AFTER chocolate that you already didn't like (that might have caused the after-taste)? - Chocolate Oranges have one of the best tastes there is! Now an actual orange dipped in chocolate would be weird, but this is just a flavouring, and it's nowhere near as strong as it is in Jaffa cakes. Maybe you should try one of those, see if it's the taste or just the strength in Jaffa Cakes? - British dates are backwards? Nope, lol, we are just sensible and go up in size - 'days/months/years' rather than putting the month first for some daft reason. It makes sense to SAY June 24th or January 6th as words, but not when it's all written down as just numbers. - Salt and Vinegar crisps are great, but it's a love it or hate it food item I think. Maybe try the normal 'ready salted', they are a lot milder? Also, eating them when you had a cut or rash was a bad idea, as they are called 'SALT and vinegar for a reason', and salt irritates cuts and stuff.
Can’t believe you’re from the U.K. Sam and that’s your first time trying wotsits! 😂 Now even better stick them on a sandwich (or a crisp piece as we call them in Scotland!) 😂
Sam, you have to make her try winders, werthers originals, freddo's, space raiders, pot noodle, chocolate digestives or hobnobs, dairylee dunkers, cheesestrings, juice drop pops, and a flake. Oh, drinks wise a dandelion and burdock
the double decker is a lot to handle even by most people's standards...i have only had it a few times. it's good but you kind of feel ill afterwards. lol if you have a texture problem you won't like crunchie...i love them...but crunchie honeycomb is an acuired taste Wispa is Cadbury's version of an Aero bar...it is literally the same concept...aerated choclate where you fill the inside with bubbles.
Mars Bar is just an American Milky Way. Mars and his son fell out and Jr. moved to UK to set up his own factory making the Milky Way as the Mars Bar. Cheese Doodles are a bit cheesier than Wotsits - they're one of the few American products I think are better than their UK equivalent.. For some reason Ocado sells them but at an import price.. To confuse things further, the UK Milky Way is the Three Musketeers in USA
Yep S&V crisps make my tongue bleed…. Like literally make it bleed, it’s so painful but they are soo nice especially in two slices of bread and butter :)
You should of brought back a Terry Choc Orange! That would of persuaded her to love orange and chcage together! But can't believe you don't like jaffas! And somglad wispa is at the the top! Elite chocolate bar!! So glad they brought it back.. used to be discontinued. Sam.. remember Spirals?
I'm with you Monica, chocolate and raisins or oranges do not belong in the same sentience! Mars bars were sold in the US as well and looked exactly the same. Love you guys!❤
what are you talking about? Chocolate Oranges have one of the best tastes there is! Now an *actual* orange dipped in chocolate would be weird, but this is just a flavouring.
Walkers Crisps are now owned by Frito Lay. Sad. It's the powdered vinegar that causes the sting. Mars bars are (were?) available in Canada. And I think Crunchie too. Bounty used to be. And Malteasers are sold here as "Whoppers"

Dime bar. It used to be spelled that way, but it is now spelled internationally. I believe it is Swedish as you get them in ikea.
Its pronounced d 👁 m bar 😭 (to me at least)
Try scampi fries and Cadbury twirls
'Oh you've got a strong tongue don't worry...' Quote of the year!
I would like but the number of likes is in “69” 😂
(Edit) it isn’t anymore so I will like
How the bloody hell these two ain't been bleedin' age-restricted yet is beyond me, mush! 😂😂😂😂
@CockneyRebel1979 to be fair a joke like that is probably deemed to be too clever/explicit for a child to understand.
Vote for daily vlogs
🤔🤔
YES
I vote for daily or even weekly vlogs too!!
Yes
Yes do it
Sam is such a kind guy and Monica is such a kind lady!! They’re perfect together
Thank you 🥹🥹
@@SamAndMonica How does she NOT know what a Mars Bar is? LMAO Mars bars are sold in America
I'm all for Sam trying American snacks. I wish I could try some of those British ones.
I honestly love you guys so much, thank you for setting high standards for what couples should be like, and presenting yourselves as such lovely people. Lots of love from London❤
Thank you so much!! You just made our day!
Jaffa cakes are great really cold from the fridge! The only problem is I would eat the whole sleeve, so I don’t buy them very often.😅
Your energy as a couple is contagious 😊
Monica is obviously broken, salt and vinegar walkers crisps are so so good
Put them in a sandwich trust me
That's funny that you say the salt and vinegar crisps taste like feet and they're called Walkers..!! LOL 😂 Love your videos!! 🫶🏻
I’m surprised Monica didnt rate the walker crisps as a negative number! 😂 I do agree with Sam, salt & vinegar chips (crisps) do also sting my mouth but I love it! 😂

The chip would be good with some chocolate.
@@CarolEllis-n3kit really wouldn’t 😭😭
Lucky you never tried salt again and vinegar disco's
Omg, yes! They taste like pure acid! (In a good way) they are so strong 😂@@alanjbennett3733
Daim bars weren’t called that when I was a kid. They were ‘dime’ bars and I’ll never think of them as anything else lol
When I heard him pronounce it like that I was like NO it’s a “dime” bar 😂😂
Daim originated in 1953 & they are only made in one factory in the entire world,it is located in Upplands Väsby in Sweden. Dime was the Uk nane but it reverted back to Daim in the 90's.
I will always call a marathon bar, a marathon though, the name Snickers is just plain ridiculous.
That is how it's pronounced.
soft on the inside, crunchie on the outside armadillos
Nooo it’s Dajm:)
5:29 i was not expecting the microsoft windows noise, i laughed out loud 😭😂
Monica do weird things for all day for Sam will be fun 😂❤❤❤
Really enjoyed watching this on a Sunny, relaxing Sunday morning with a coffee and egg sandwich.
Thanks Sam and Monica 🙂❤️
Glad you enjoyed!! 😊

Mate...you forgot the gem of gems...pickled onion monster munch
Lmaooo I had the same reaction as Sam when Monica was trying hoola hoops😭
Thanks for this video Sam and Monica!! The Hula Hoops snacks remind me of the bugles snacks here in the US that you can put on your fingers!!
You can find Jaffa Cakes at your neighborhood Aldi store, usually seasonally
minstrels ? magic stars ? wagon wheels ? come on!!!
OMG I forgot every single one of those existed!! Wow that just brought me back to my childhood 😂
Get her to try a battered Mars Bar, Sam. They're the bloody bomb!
Sam I'm 61 years and from Australia Jamie dodgers had a different name , but I use to eat the jam out the middle like you did
We have Shrewsbury’s in NZ and I used to completely separate the biscuit from the jam, every time!
Tunnocks tea cakes are one of my Favorit
As a British Person nothing is better than some Tea And Crumpets
Oooh yes I miss crumpets
Smothered in marmite

Terry's Chocolate Oranges are heaven!
This was so great to watch your such inspiration it’s like a watching a movie ❤❤
I’m British but I do agree with Monica on the hula hoops with the after taste of carbord
Yesss! Salt & vinegar walkers sting my tongue and make it numb but I love them 😋
Golden Wonder Salt and Vinegar are nicer than Walker's- ("Lays", for Monica's benefit!) You'll be lucky to find 'em nowadays though!
I do that with the jammiest dodgers too and a walnut whip too😂
Munchies used to do mint, they were the best. Jammie Dodgers are awesome, could easily smash the whole packet in one sitting
Beef hula hoops… yum
Caramacs
Salt and vinegar crisp sandwich 🤣
Pickled onion crisps
