Lemon Bread: 1/4 c. (2 oz.) lemon juice + 2 tsp lemon zest
3 Lg. eggs
1 (14 oz.) can full fat sweetened condensed milk (397 g.)
1 1/4 c. (156g) self-rising flour
Preheat oven to 350 (177c)
Add all ingredients to the bowl except flour. Whisk well.
Add in flour, and whisk.
Pour batter into pan, bake 35-45 min.
Let cool fully in pan.
Glaze:
1 c. powdered sugar
1 T. lemon juice, add milk to thin if needed.
Self-Rising Flour Recipe:
1 1/2 c. All purpose flour
2 1/4 t. baking powder
3/8 t. salt
Whisk until evenly combined.
Store in an air tight container.

If you do not have Self Rising Flour, you can easily make some. 💛😊

21/4 t. baking powder
3/8 t. Salt
