I would recommend upgrading GPU, the rx6600 is a great gpu, it is a GPU made to be low to mid tier. The 6/12 CPU with quite decent clock will handle most if not all games with no major issues
6600 just consume 100w if its still goes above 75 then there should be issue with air flow....if you are using sapphire one ..that also heat more coz of small heatsink....asus one is good
Its not much diff in fps but cpu usage will be better when multitasking and 1% lower also improve, My advice maybe go for GPU upgrade, 6700xt for 20-30 more fps.

Also if your mb supports it make sure to use pci express 4.0. When i switched it to 4 instead of 3 my temps went way down
