Did you check the line from driver side ? There's 2 fuses that connects onto the engine bay fuse box blue fuse 15, either one fuse is blown, check if the connector is secured/fasten on the fuse box. That should work, the LED will not function if power is not connected or if commentors are off. Hopefully you got it to work. I didn't get the HC motion led headlights, I got another brand which mimics the 2021-2022 4-IS , its ok but attention to details suck.. I followed the Vland connection mine works okay. You can see my TH-cam video 2012 Lexus ISF Life on Guam USA-8.
@@manwithfewwords3954 yeah it was a defective part, glad you got it fixed.. I learned to trouble shoot my lights from my 1st installation Vland headlights.
Update: just received the replacement headlight, check out the install video. th-cam.com/video/CSwYMnWPStM/w-d-xo.html Vland vs HC Motion comparison videos th-cam.com/video/8k9nnLmJFts/w-d-xo.html th-cam.com/video/YFJhzDHdXys/w-d-xo.html
I recently had the same issue with my vlands. But I can't drive without headlights so I left them on the car. And on day 3, the drl randomly finally turned on. Fixed itself before customer service could even respond.
How frustrating! Hopefully delivery wasn't too long of a wait. They must send you a full replacement at least, due to the faulty unit. I have the HC Motion tail lights installed for about 4 months, I haven't had any issues yet. Great set of tail lights so far.

I had problem with the Vland too,
the lights would flicker on bumpy roads, it was a loose connection in the ballast under the headlight.
What are you using to test the headlight
Adjustable Universal Power Supply Adapter, you could also use any 12v house adapter.
Damn waste of time
yeah, hope they send a replacement.
