    For press secretary question, I do not understand why B is correct? It just restates the statement of the critics. most of the projects cancelled WERE in the other district? If we NEGATE A, that means the agenda was vindictive.

    Hi Marty, I think I did not got E in last CR question.
    e) the hiring practices of most of the companies that volunteered to receive anonymous resumes included making allowances for minor deficient in resumes of immigrants
    E means there are more allowances for minor deficient in resumes of immigrants. my interpretation is that more minor deficient in resumes of immigrants will go to companies, right ? while you mention they can no longer make an allowance, that seems opposite.
    secondly, you suggest to practice one type question one time, one type means , strengthen one time ? just curious, I think one argument can be set as different question stems, i.e. strengthen question , or weaken question, even assumption? until now, I thought argument is more important to investigate before diving into options, but now, I am not sure what is more important? or the options based on the questions ?
    thirdly, you emphasize the implications . and I realized what the implications refer to options . shall I figure out the implications from argument before going to options ?
    thanks in advance.

    last CR Q:
    key: understand STIMULUS PERFECTLY.
    hiring company=> study=> that want to assess the hiring of immigrants and discrimination.
    through= ANONYMOUS HIRING
    expected result=> hiring increases due to no discrimination
    BUT: HIiring of immigrants *goes down*
    a MY ANS=WRONG. Doesnt address conclusion. so what if they have gaps? they had gaps before as well, yet they used to get hired. hiring should stay same then. WHY THE DECREASE?
    b irrelevant
    c so hiring should stay same.
    d AGAIN. why the decrease?
    e =CORRECT {HR used to make allowances ie give some leeway to immigrants hence hire them. Now that hiring is anonymous they can't make those adjustments or think of it as consider their extenuating circumstances: SO LESS LEEWAY => DECREASE IN hiring of immigrants} ONLY OPTION THAT ADDRESSES THE decrease in hiring of immigrants. can get it thru POE.
