Super happy and confident that im actually surprised she went for the nose filler in the first place (Goes to show you never know how people really feel about themselves). Im glad she got the support she needed x
We all have insecurities but you’re really beautiful the way you are. Her husband is so awesome. Her nose was perfect for the symmetry of her face. The humor and sarcasm between these two doctors cracks me up 😂😂
A victim of having an Asian mother. My mom used to pinch my nose when I was a kid too and tell me to lose weight. It’s no wonder we grew up to always second guess ourselves and always seek validation from our partners. I do the same…
She wanted a bridge, I wanted mine reduced. It took me a traumatic motor bike accident to get my bridge reduced. My entire nose was rubbed off my face by gravel! Thankfully I had a good surgeon! It took cartilage from my ears and flesh from my arm to rebuild my nose! I'd rather had my original nose back after that!
Oh god I am so sorry for her. I'm also Asian with flat nose, so her story hit me so hard. I just want Melissa to know she's so beautiful before and after. Not gonna lie, in my Asian country, beauty standard is Caucasian, and I used to want "taller Caucasian-like nose". However I'm love myself now 'cause Botched episodes opened my eyes. After I knew the stories of how horrible and difficult breathing problem is, now I am appreciate my functional nose😂
Poor lady . Her original nose was great fit for her beautiful face. This is typical low profile nose like everyone else has in Philippines. I hope she heals well during the year . Good luck to her.
Exactly she ruined her philipino features trying to get a white nose that doesn't fit her face and her baby has her original nose now. What will she say when the kid asks her what happened to her nose...🙄
It's still very swollen. Rhino-reconstruction of this magnitude can take years to heal. If you look at the symmetry, it's very similar to the other nostril, just swollen. I think in a few more years, it will look nearly the same as the other side😊 She is also very happy with the results, which I think is the most important thing❤
I don't see an improvement from the beginning of this video to the end. I don't see what she's pleased about. But if she's happy, that's all the matters! I'm sure you have different expectations once you've gone through what she went through.

Not me as a middle eastern would like my bigger nose to be smaller & here are people who want more on their nose 💀 she looked so good with her normal nose.. 😢
I have a Middle Eastern friend who got her prominent nose made smaller and I'm sad to say that it changed her beauty- she was strikingly beautiful before and her nose was a part of that. Now she's still pretty but she lost a lot of what made her uniquely stunning. I bet you look good with your normal nose too.
@@kst4878 I agree! One of my closest friends is Lebanese and has a fairly prominent nose that she hates, but I think that (especially with her gorgeous, large dark eyes) she looks beautiful. If she got a nose job I’d fully support her, but she wouldn’t look like…HER. Which would be weird, lol.
In the Regency era in England an aquiline nose was considered the height of beauty! Beauty standards always change, so I just tell myself that my aquiline nose is a classic model that fits my face and is a connection to my family :)

It's so crazy that she wanted a new nose. I look at her and see how beautiful her teeth and jawline are and have considered getting double jaw surgery to fix my recessed jawline. It seems no one is happy with how they are.
But why did they make it sound like it’s her fault for ”going behind her husbands back”? I felt the conversation somehow turned against her. You don’t have to ask your husband everything.
@@Babesinthewood97 but if you have a healthy relationship and trust your partner you tell let them know what's going on. Sure, she didn't need his permission, 100% agree with that. Specially of she paid for it herself. And the botched 1st procedure is definitely NOT her fault in any way or form. But she deliberately hid it and everything that happened after, that's not good. That marriage sucks if she feels the need to do that. I'm surprised everyone is focusing on the nose and not on that.
In marriage, our decisions require consideration of how those around us are effected by our choices. Clearly a major decision involving plastic surgery impacts those around us, as evidenced by procedures that go wrong by risks and even death. People in comments saying it looks worse do not know how long rhinoplasty takes to heal. Swelling will definitely go down and look much better in another 7 months!!
Let's keep it real, when a plastic surgeon tells you it's gonna look better after 6 months to a year,, that only means your surgery is botched and he knows it and he's praying that a miracle would happen with this "healing time", I hope I'm wrong though
This makes so much sense. I think he definitely botched it. ☹️ I feel so bad for her. Oddly enough I thought her nose looked better before the surgery compared to after. She should have went to a different surgeon.

She shouldn’t be sorry that she made a decision of her body. It’s horrible what happened but it’s her nose.
Exactly
Agreed 100%
Yet your family deserves to know, our body is connection media with our loved one sometimes we make decisions in desperate situation our family helps
Moms stop telling your daughters they need to change!
all because her mom made her feel bad for not having a 'tall' nose.. so sad and brainwashed... leading to her own daughter's demise
I wish her mother hadn’t made her self conscious about her nose in the first place - she could have avoided a lot of misery!
she’s naturally so beautiful
Thank you so much❤
Trueee ❤
Mellisa should never had surgery!
Melissa *should have never had* or shouldn't have had
She used to post videos and home vlogs of herself with her cousins when she was younger (high school). Super happy and confident that im actually surprised she went for the nose filler in the first place (Goes to show you never know how people really feel about themselves). Im glad she got the support she needed x
You remember ❤ 🥹
We all have insecurities but you’re really beautiful the way you are. Her husband is so awesome. Her nose was perfect for the symmetry of her face.
The humor and sarcasm between these two doctors cracks me up 😂😂
A victim of having an Asian mother. My mom used to pinch my nose when I was a kid too and tell me to lose weight. It’s no wonder we grew up to always second guess ourselves and always seek validation from our partners. I do the same…
❤🥹
yea me too my mom would say your nose is too wide😢
I am sending love and good healing energy to Melissa the brave mum.
I'd rather had my original nose back after that!
lol the synchronized head turn at 4:23
I was about to say the same thing
Dr. Nasseth is the most amazing plastic surgeon for the Nose! ❤
Does she know that she’s absolutely stunning ?!
❤🤗
Your nose is perfectly suited to your face. You would not be you with someone else’s nose.
She is absolutely stunning even before the surgery. That poor woman.
And pleased how honest the doctors are being with her about the possible repercussions of undergoing surgery again.
She really is so pretty. even with the complication she looked so pretty.
❤️🤗🥹 thank you for your kindness
She looked worse after her Dr Nassif procedure. I've seen almost every episode of Botched and this is the first time things have gotten worse.
Right?!? Omg her nose looks terrible after his procedure.
Yall are crazy it looks way better after
I thought so too after the procedure she has a big mark on her cheek, was is that? it wasn't there before
It's heartbreaking to see such a naturally beautiful woman feel so deeply that she needed to "fix" anything. I hate Eurocentric beauty standards.
She has such a wonderful spirit, and she’s very cute and pretty, even with the damaged nose! I really hope that her husband doesn’t take advantage of her vulnerabilities… And infinite thanks to Dr. Nassif and Dr. Dubrow for helping so many people!! You guys are heroes 🩷🩷🩷
She’s such a good person
Spanding family money hidden from husband for a vanity surgery does not qualify her as a good person.
Oh man as a Filipina who also pinched her nose growing up and got nose filler in 2017, this video scared me so much 😢 Feel terrible for her.
Tbh even botched she’s very pretty.
02:34 that was so sweet 🥺❤️
I love this page. Keeps me humble
These Two Doctors are fantastic.
What’s wrong with her natural nose? Her husband seems to genuinely believe she is beautiful ❤ growing up with a mother who was worried about her daughter’s nose of all things definitely contributed to this
The mother is definitely at fault in the daughter’s mental health.
Just a girl who wanted to be pretty. I also had a similar procedure done and thankfully mine came out right but I completely understand her and hope shes doing amazing❤
Thank you ❤ I’m doing wonderfully now
Honestly. I did not see a problem in her nose. She has such a beautiful smile. I wish you guys all the best. You have an amazing husband.
There wasn’t anything wrong with her nose in the first place.
Aww she made sure that her kids would have a nose bridge 😂
Sickkkk lmaooo
I said that roo
But the kid has her nose and face shape.
She would have ended up with a better nose revision is she had gone to a rhinoplasty specialist not just some doctors that do different types of plastic surgery. I don’t think they’re that good surgeons.
So glad they could help her because her issue was very severe, extremely hard to do a revision on such a damaged nose. Her original nose was lovely, she a very sweet, beautiful girl with a wonderful husband.
Thank you so much ❤
Im so happy for her!!! That she was able to get some help! Im excited to see this when she's fully healed!
Thank you!!! I’m fully healed now ❤
Not me as a middle eastern would like my bigger nose to be smaller & here are people who want more on their nose 💀 she looked so good with her normal nose..
Prominent noses are often gorgeous. I’m nordic and I find mediterranian noses very beautiful.
I adore interesting noses. Nothing is worse than cookie cutter plastic surgery faces. Let’s celebrate individual and natural beauty and diversity.
In the Regency era in England an aquiline nose was considered the height of beauty! Beauty standards always change, so I just tell myself that my aquiline nose is a classic model that fits my face and is a connection to my family :)
I want to see the after a year result! Gosh it looks so much better now already
Honestly she looked great before- I wouldn't have known something so terrible had happened to her. She's so lucky to have a nose at all! I think she should have just left it alone.
It looks so much better! I can’t wait to see the one year update.
Even with her botched nose she’s really pretty
her personality is what makes her beautiful.... But, in a Filipino homes its common to be obsessed with a 'perfect nose'
She looked better with her botched nose than original one.
@@Boo0o258 tv makeup lol
They're relationship is so humble. Something everyone should strive for. ❤
I remember there was somebody who killed their nose with black salve, but I can't remember what episode. We should be highlighting that case to bring awareness.
What has that got to do with anything? She didn't use that.
Poor girl. Her mom really jacked her up by pinching her nose when she was little, sending her the message that she’s not good enough. Unless you fix your insecurity not even a perfect nose job can make you feel satisfied with how you look. Lesson to the parents tell your child how beautiful they are. Every child deserves to hear that.
Fr...but Asian parents are like that...tough love is shown to their kids only
Melissa, even though in this video your nose is not totally healed, it looks way better. That bridge is perfect btw. I am a Virgo and we are very vain and picky, so believe me when I say it looks great and will get even better over time. Be patient. Even if it stays the way it is, like it is at the end of this video, it looks totally fine, and the "imperfection" on the right side is kinda' cute. Imperfections are cute. ;) Hope your relationship with your husband is the best now!
I thank you so much for your kindness, empathy, and encouragement. Truly means a lot to me ❤
What a sweet couple! She was beautiful before any surgery but her nose does look great now.
Learn to love yourself unconditionally ✨️
5:51 what a horrible thing to say
Why? That’s what happened
She didn't need surgery in the first place but the Dr did a good job. It looks better. She is beautiful. ❤
Thank you ❤🤗🥹
Her new nose looks great, I’m so happy for her ❤
She’s very sweet and still beautiful!
❤🥹 thank you for your kindness
Beautiful hair beautiful face beautiful eyes beautiful husband beautiful kid …all these blessings and she cared about the nose… we need to count our blessings… I’m happy for her
Omg she has so great husband!
Even before they “fixed” her nose she is stunning her smile just radiates beautiful face and soul
Thank you so much!! 🥹🙏🏻
I feel really sorry for this lady.... I'm Vietnamese and I've had nose filler so I could have a nose bridge. I've been very lucky and had no issues with it.
Same ,I get all stuff comes with risks but I’ve never had any issues , I also wonder where this was done, but she just seemed very unlucky
Thank you for your empathy ❤
Imagine being very beautiful and having a problem with a nose that is perfectly normal
Miraculous improvement! I hope she gets counseling for self esteem.
Thank you ❤
@@MelMel-w3c You are so beyond STUNNING!!! It came out great!!! 😍
@@cosolalala thank you sooooo much 🥹❤️
love that Melissa is so happy now
❤🥹 thank you
Poor lady didn’t love her natural looks, end up making a decision that ruined her beautiful face. I mean she is still beautiful but daaang.
Whoever is reading this, PLEASE KNOW YOU ARE BEAUTIFUL IN YOUR NATURAL WAY. Love yourself, value yourself.
These videos make you learn to appreciate your natural features because trying to “fix them” could lead you to be begging to go back to the original. Leave your bodies and faces alone people!
It's so crazy that she wanted a new nose. I look at her and see how beautiful her teeth and jawline are and have considered getting double jaw surgery to fix my recessed jawline. It seems no one is happy with how they are.
She has a wonderful spirit & so does her husband
Thank you so much for your kindness ❤
@@MelMel-w3c you’re so welcome ❤️🙏🏽
Telling and asking for permission are two different scenarios. If you are one with your partner they should know especially as parents.
In marriage, our decisions require consideration of how those around us are effected by our choices. Clearly a major decision involving plastic surgery impacts those around us, as evidenced by procedures that go wrong by risks and even death. I don’t need my husbands permission but I will seek his guidance out of trust love and respect. Ignoring him is selfish.
For me I tell my husband when I am about to something as small as making a purchase lol idky I just feel the need to let him know. To me its not asking for permission its just that I have nothing to hide from him.
Yes surgery or non surgical procedure is a life changing experience cause anything could go wrong so your partner has every right to know about it! At least tell him or her
I was thinking about non permanent nose injection but thank you for speaking about it, now I will not try. But goodluck hopefully you will be happy and successful.
She's still beautiful, and so is her husband.
People in comments saying it looks worse do not know how long rhinoplasty takes to heal. Swelling will definitely go down and look much better in another 7 months!!
Yes, thank you so much for this comment. The swelling went down a lot and looks much better ❤️
Let's keep it real, when a plastic surgeon tells you it's gonna look better after 6 months to a year,, that only means your surgery is botched and he knows it and he's praying that a miracle would happen with this "healing time", I hope I'm wrong though
Nose jobs take forever for the swelling to go down. This is not uncommon.
This makes so much sense. I think he definitely botched it. ☹️ I feel so bad for her. Oddly enough I thought her nose looked better before the surgery compared to after. She should have went to a different surgeon.
Normally it takes a nose job a full year to heal but I don’t think it will look that much different from the after other than a little bit of swelling to go down. I was hoping they would’ve given her better results :/
So I'm not the only one who thought she looked better before...
Agreed. It seems like that is what's said to placate the patient for a longer period. This looks worse after unfortunately.
Whichever nose she had she is beautiful inside and out anyway. Her husband is so supportive of her. Great result from Dr Nassif.
these videos help a lot of people like me who think we need stuff done.
You know, there are some little things about my face I‘d like to change but I literally love myself too much for putting my health at risk. I rather accept my imperfections than hurt myself like this. I‘m so sorry for her and that she didn’t see how naturally pretty she was. I hope she‘s happy again after all.
