Its is B flat minor for two bars and then F minor for two bars and then it just repeats throughout the whole song. very, very simple! So for the first line the strums are B minor for "I hear the sound of the walls come falling down, The walls of Jericho they (chord change to F minor here) tumbling down In my life now...then back to B flat minor for the next line.
