    I’m always looking for easy, grab and go, high protein snacks and these homemade ‘Gogurts’ check all the boxes. Freeze them to enjoy as an ice cold treat or simply refrigerate.
    There are no hidden ingredients because you decide what goes in them.
    This is my current concoction:
    11/2 cups whole fat greek yogurt
    1 spotted banana
    1 cup strawberries
    1/4 cup blueberries
    2 tablespoons hemp seeds
    11/2 scoops whey protein
    1 tablespoon organic vanilla pudding
    *use which ever fruit you desire: mango, pineapple, raspberries, cherry… possibilities are endless.
    Makes 6-
    Per ‘Gogurt’
    Calories: 161
    Protein: 13.4g
    Carbs: 11.1g
    Fat: 6.9g
