It can, because we already saw toki's fruit abilities to travel to future, so it is only logical that its counterpart abilities exist too, as the time travel in one piece is a one way, there are seemingly no complications.

Why in this order so :-
As for Marineford arc it is all emotions, story, fighting, secrets revealed, plot twists, dedication, happy, comedy.
Then enies lobby gives best second moments of chills after "Nothing happened" as the robin says "I want to live" bro it directly connected me to guts feeling in Berserk so it is best as CP -9 were strong. Still straw hats wins.
As wano arc. It is lengthy but worth damn it. It was best revelation of century in my perspective about luffy, zoro,.
Also many Angles are here as
Dudeeee 🥲 zou's and baratie's place should be exchanged we got one of the member of the monster trio in that arc and the confession of sanji to head chef at last gave boosebumps and I also a bit disagree with skypia , I have watched skipea but that arc 's has a very slow pace and was boring till the mid of fight so it should be in B TEIR
