Thanks guys but I have to admit that I’m feeling confused here. Why do you say that removing scabs after only 5 days is fine while other clinics says that this shouldn’t be done until day 7-10th day because the scabs works as protection for the new grafts? Please explain.
This is totally differnt to the advice inwas given from my doctor. I was told to spray wth saline srpsy every 20 mins for 3 days. On day 3 is the first wash. then wash again on day 5 🤷
I've watched a lot of these type videos and it's amazing how you hear different methods for removing scabs. You can drive yourself crazy.

When cleaning the scab, some hair fell out and the roots showed a white layer that looked like follicles. Is it safe for the graft? I'm worried sir
