    1. Find a Quiet Space:
    Choose a quiet, comfortable place where you won’t be disturbed.
    Sit in a comfortable position with your back straight. You can sit cross-legged on the floor or on a chair with your feet flat on the ground.
    2. Prepare Your Mind and Body:
    Close your eyes and take a few deep breaths. Inhale deeply through your nose, hold for a moment, and exhale slowly through your mouth.
    Relax your body, starting from your head and moving down to your toes.
    3. Start Chanting OM:
    Take a deep breath in.
    On the exhale, chant the sound "OM" (pronounced "AUM") slowly and steadily.
    The sound is divided into three parts: A (ah), U (oo), and M (mmm). Each part should be pronounced clearly.
    . "A" starts from the back of your throat.
    . "U" moves forward towards your mouth.
    . "M" resonates with your lips closed, creating a humming sound.
    *Allow the sound to resonate and feel the vibrations throughout your body.
    4. Focus on the Sound and Vibration:
    Concentrate on the sound and the vibrations it creates in your body.
    If your mind starts to wander, gently bring your focus back to the sound of "OM."
    5. Repeat:
    Continue chanting "OM" for several minutes. You can set a timer if you prefer.
    Alternatively, you can chant a specific number of times, such as 21 or 108 repetitions, using a mala (prayer beads) for counting.
    6. Silent Meditation:
    After chanting, sit in silence and focus on your breath for a few minutes.
    Observe the sensations and the state of your mind.
    7. Conclude the Meditation:
    When you are ready, slowly bring your awareness back to the present moment.
    Gently open your eyes and take a few deep breaths before resuming your activities.

    Patience: Be patient with yourself, especially if you are new to meditation.
