@Preppy_AIJA , I'm sorry to hear you had a less than pleasant experience! You're bound to have wildlife running in and around your room in Florida, whether it be lizards, frogs, roaches, or snakes! You're bound to see something! Just as long as it's not an alligator or a poisonous snake, I'm cool! LoL! Overall, though, this hotel is WAY MORE about location, and definitely NOT a luxurious hotel! We've stayed at Seralago three times and had minimal issues! I hope y'all enjoyed other parts of your trip! 😎🌴🌅🌊🤙
This place is a dump. Half of the amenities are closed or locked such as the playground, the food court, 1 of the pools and jacuzzies, 1 entire building of rooms, the tennis court/basketball court, the gym. If youre lucky enough to stay in a room without rusty walls, broken furniture, and a dead gecko from 5 years past, and a $60 resort fee for your $20/night room then go wild. This place was amazing in the early 00s then they let it fall into complete disrepair without putting any money into it. I would recommend watching For the Love of Theme Parks video on this place.

Our motto is, "Why spend a bunch of money on a hotel when you shouldn't be there much anyway?!" Get out and explore the area! Fun Spot America, Pirate's Cove Mini Golf, and Old Town are all within walking distance as well as many restaurants and other attractions! We don't stay at Seralago for its luxuriousness! We stay there because of its proximity to the Disney Parks! Saving money on your hotels allows you more money for tickets, food, drinks, etc! 😎🌴🌅🤙
We didn't mind it for a couple of days! We were only in the room to sleep, shower, and change clothes! It was fine for the limited amount of time we were in the room! 🤷♂️

It’s great when you just need a bed to sleep on when trying to save some money. Those parks are not cheap! Stayed there twice it was fine with me

I was here I saw 3 roaches and the bed frames were really hard. And I didn’t have a good time

No good..we stayed last yr 2023 ..sad sad ..tarps on the roofs ..means ,lots of mold.. growing..needs milloons in repair work..no ice on site as well
