Not looking down at anyone, that is your perception. Decorum and consideration of your appearance shows an effort. I am sure all these folks can dress appropriately, but they choose not to care.@@YanksandBritsProductions
Anyone else remember Manchester Airport of the late 1970s? There was a strong smell of jet fuel when walking into it and down towards the gates. You don't get those jet fuel smells anymore, aircrafts used a different type of kerosene back then. Also, most flights from Man.Airport then were either to other European destinations or domestic. To fly to the US or Asia, we'd usually stopover at Heathrow. I remember most aircrafts at Man.Airport were narrowbodies such as 1-11s, HS121s, F28s, VC10s, 707s, and 737s. Let me know if any of you remember any of this. Some of you here probably either weren't even around yet in the late 70s or hadn't been to Man.Airport yet at that time, it wasn't a really big airport yet
come on, what are the chances of someone as old as you who has been to this airport before AND saw this video AND even remembered what Manchester Airport used to be like in 1970
It’s just too big now and the long walk to the gates is horrendous if you have mobility issues. When we last went the walking travelators were not working which is just not acceptable when you are at the furthest gates
Honestly, it's incredibly disappointing. It's small, feels cramped, not enough natural daylight, low ceilings. The design feels pretty lazy, it just feels like a large warehouse that got converted into an airport. It's just not sufficient in size for the number of passengers that pass through.
Is security on the same floor as where the check in counters are? As when i last travelled in 2018 uou had to go up the stairs at t2 for security. Is security near zone E of t2 on the same floor as check in counters? Ans then after security where do you go to find the gates, any stairs or escalators?
Best feeling knowing your going to be there in 8 daysss
Very nice

Great video. Terminal is beautiful. Showing my age, but remember how people dressed before. Most of these people look like they are at a bus terminal.

Do you have to travel to film inside the airport?
Yes
Going in 3 days 20 hours!
The amount of girls here with booty shorts here, it’s like they’re already in Magaluf or Benidorm
I personally think T3 looks far better than the new T2 🤷♀️
Terminal 3 is definitely better spaced by the gates, similar to US airports. The layout and space of T2 looks a mess for a brand new terminal
Worst airport in Western Europe?

After security there is stairs and escalators to the second floor
Security and check in are in the same floor
Waiting area / shopping are in second floor
