I second this. I have the same gear noise. Sounds like it maybe the yellow cartridge gears. This video starts with it already disassembled. How do you get the plastic pieces off?
This video shows only when the printer is half disassembly , he should start from the begining with the covers on !!! Not really useful unless you are a Xerox Tech
