I had a love/hate relationship with paperpacks. Love the papers, but overwhelmed by them. But I used your “best layout ever” idea and have ALMOST used up all my Christmas papers making Christmas cards and am feeling pretty proud of myself thanks to you Natasha!

Hello Natasha - I live in the USA and I'm becoming more and more fascinated with card making. I've watched dozens of videos much like yours, but your creativity is somehow more interesting. Who knows? Maybe I'll start a new hobby in the new year 2024.

I absolutely have a ball doing this. One pad of papers, some basic supplies, and a whole lot of fun! I can play for hours, just mixing and matching. I did go through a bunch of 12 x12” paper pads and cut the papers I really loved the most into 4-1/4 x 5-1/2” pieces, then stored them together in bags. Now when I get a bug to do batch creating, I know that everything will coordinate. The papers that don’t excite me, or are full page designs only useful for scrapbooking get donated. (I got a lot of my initial stashes of supplies in thrift stores when I was just starting out with paper crafting. I was poor and not ready to invest too much while I was looking for something that I loved to do and gave me a creative outlet.) Thanks for sharing this one! I’m sure that there are many beginners who will appreciate it.

These turned out so well. They would make a lovely gift for someone, perhaps for a nursing home resident who would have trouble getting out to purchase cards. Wonderful layout ideas 💕

I have many paper packs! Time to use some! I always decorate envelopes but usually just a sticker or stamp - now I have a new way to do it and use up scraps. Thank you again Natasha. ❤

I have a paper pack from Paper Rose that I absolutely love, but am very intimidated by. This looks like the perfect solution. I tend to overthink things and make it hard for myself. These 'simpler' cards are quite charming and a good lesson in not trying to recreate the wheel. TFS
I have NEVER used a while paper pad but I’m definitely going to go use up some of my older ones now. Although I also like to save some for things that might cover up. For example I just made a kitchen card and I was able to find a tiled floor and matching wallpaper from a random pack so there’s that. But defs going to use up an older one. I’ll put it in the FB page when I do

This is great! I purchased two Christmas themed packs that were close enough to use both of them with each other. I also purchased a set of 24 card and envelopes. The card fronts had a red border and I was able to make 24 cards in one day! Love your idea with this pack! I will go and try to make some the way you did! Thank you as always!

I use paper packs when I want to make a bunch of cards without taxing my weary brain. I also think they are a good way for beginner card makers to get started without being overwhelmed by all the special tools that we like to collect
Someone told me a tip-to always score first, then cut , saves a step & time!

I love this idea, especially to create a gift box of cards, adding some stamps and a pen as well. My favorite part is the creativity demanded by all the little strips and scraps st yhe end. "How can I take all these pieces to make something pretty?" As for envelopes, I don't generally decorate the outside -- afraid it will get caught in the sorter machine. But I'll take a rectangle, about 2 & 1/2 inches wide and glue it on the inside flap so there is matching paper on the inside when they open it. Half on the inside of the flap extending down into the envelope, if that makes sense. 😊

I don't have any paper packs. But I do have loads of paper. I am going to try this out using the patterned paper I already have. I adore a project that leaves me with virtually no scrap. Thanks ♥️

Love all the different cards you made. I have just recently used a one sheet wonder from pinterest to use up a pad of paper. The hardest part for me was where to put the sentiment. But great to use up a pad!
TIP for you Natasha (and everyone else): when making card bases, score the full sheet first then cut, it saves time
