Hi, there isn't a way to connect the app to the refrigerator. Turn the app on, and push refrigerator buttons. The refrigerator makes tones that the app listens to through the microphone. The app interprets those tons into data that is shown on the screen. The app only reports data, it doesn't control this model of LG refrigerator.
