You did a great job with the roofing and the wraparound porch reminds me of a horseshoe! 🤠 You also have such a talent for making spaces feel organic and lived-in 😁 I'd love to see you tackle a delapidated fixer-upper ranch, perhaps with the storyline that a sim inherited it from a distant relative and they have to do it up (like gardenscapes and similar games)

If you like building run down or make shift houses, you should really check out Fallout 4 or Fallout 76 build videos. Nothing like interior design in the post apacolypse!

The tenth anniversary of Ts4 would make more sense for the players to get anything. Even then, I'm not excepting anything. If you except anything, you'll be more disappointed when you get nothing. Nice build as always

I think the only thing I'm iffy about is the rugs. I've been to some hokey dive bars and they don't have rugs, just sticky floors lol
