My brother the best you could've done was to go and read the bible before commenting. The Isaiah Ch 4 is not in isolation from the Ch 3 because the Chapter 4 begins with a conjunction (And) and we know that conjunctions are use to put two sentence together so if Ch 4 start by saying AND IN that day, then it's telling you that it's a continuetion of Ch 3. Now Ch 3 is about God's judgement against the land of Israel where in the verse 25 he is telling them that their men shall fall by the sword and because of this, there'll be shortage of men such that many women will cleave to one man just to put their name on them so that they'll not suffer the reproach of being unmarried which is in Ch 4:1 and with this I side with Ɔsofo Akwasi Awuah.
Both Apostle and Evangelist have different explanation but Evangelist is right explanation, Isaiah 4:1 was not a prophecy which is to come but God was dealing with those pride women in Israel.

( Isaiah 3: 8,24). Don't be deceived but read your Bible and ask Almighty Yahweh to bless you with the Holy Spirit to understand the word. False teachers are everywhere so let's be extra vigilant.
