A great eulogy. Or would be if he was dead! It's a bit tricky to martyr heroes for the Imperium when they keep surviving. Sometimes it is the emperor's will that they are banished to Aercrox Aeternus the homeworld of the immortal banished heroes. Every thousand years or so they get to fight as apparitions to inspire the men.
Ps im making this up it isn't canon but it isn't outside the realm of plausibility for the war hammer 40k universe. Someone on Quora had a similar idea but it wasn't so elaborate.

I love how every Ork in Warhammer 40k seems to be a comedic genius in disguise.
I can imagine a warboss crying in happiness as this play in the background while the camera does a slow motion traveling through a battlefield in which somehow the forces of the Imperium, Necrons, Eldars, Drukhari, Leagues of Votann, Tau, Tyranids and Chaos had converged along with the Waagh.
