I thought the selling of the ducks at the market was very interesting and I don't want you to cut out that from your videos. It shows what real life is in rural communities. Some people live very sheltered lives and just can't understand what it takes to live the farm life. I lived on a farm when I was young and we cleaned 500 chickens on the farm for sale. We also had sheep that went to market. It's all part of farming. Stay true to your life and just warn people in the beginning of a video that there will be scenes that some people will not like. Exactly! People don’t understand where their food realty comes from. I thought Son did a wonderful job capturing it. Farming and reading animals for $$ is part of the food chain too. It’s how he earns his money to support and sustain the farm. People are so critical of everything anymore. 😞
I think most people are aware that the various types of meat offered for sale in stores/markets around the world came from an animal. In Vietnam canines and nonhuman primates are sold as a protein source. But there are many people around the world that do not eat meat, regardless of the source. Please don't assume everyone who was uncomfortable with the footage of the poultry being taken to the market was too stupid to realize "where their food comes from".
People forget that they eat steak, lamb ect and dont think about what those animal's go thru and you look after all your animal's really well and had to tie their legs to transport them to market. So don't complain about that. it's just the way of rural life. Love to Dad and Bibi ❤😊🎉xxx

They want to make every animal seem like pets. The ducks and chickens are raised for eggs and eventually for their meat. Ignor their comments. You do a great job working on your farm. You get a lot of advice. I have none. I'm busy just with my family. I watch you and Bibi because I can relax, drink a cup of coffee and smile. I had a spider monkey when I was a teenager in Ohio. We had a lot of kids at our home. I remember Zippo dancing to Elvis. He died of pneumonia. We got lots of flowers and bananas 😂😂.

I am so sorry to hear that you broke your arm. It's surprising to learn how much you depend on your arm, when you can't use it. Use a garbage bag and use ribbon, string or the best is an elastic That's to tie up the garbage bag at the top so water doesn't get in. I was in a cast for a month or 6 weeks. I didn't break it, he did that to immobilize my arm. Another hint is to buy elastic waist pants, it makes getting dressed and going to the bathroom so much easier. Stay away from button down tops also. Sending you a great {{{BIG HUG}}} to help with your healing process. If your doctor recommends you to go to physical therapy when the cast is removed, do it. But you shouldn't have pain when they help you move your arm. If you do, call your doctor and tell him, they may change your physical therapy. {{{{{BIG HUG}}}} Happy Halloween!.🎃

I love your videos. All of them. I grew up on a small farm in the country. I know and miss this way of life very much. It was such a satisfying way of life. We were probably the healthy kids around our community too. I have 7 siblings. We drank farm fresh raw milk right from our own cow. We ate fresh home grown fruit and vegetables that we grew ourselves and my mother would harvest and prepare and can hundreds and hundreds of jars of produce to feed us through the winter months. We also raised livestock. To feed our family and to generate extra income. We had many different animals that were our pets as well. There is no shame in this way of life. As an adult I’ve always been very healthy and have experienced very little illness. Also me and my 7 siblings have aged very well. Looking years younger than we really are. I attribute this to our way of life and how my dad parents raised us and fed us. We all had hard work to do from a pretty young age but it was worth it. I would not change anything about my childhood and the way we lived. It was the greatest time of my life and I would do just about anything if I could live that way again. To me you are very fortunate and live a wealthy life. Wealth is not a $ in my eyes! To me it seems you have everything a person needs or could hope to have. Your way of life including raising and selling of livestock is a beautiful way of life! I wonder if any of these people who comment bad have ever looked into the process that canned soup company’s go through to put meat in the cans of soup they eat? All I’m saying is if they don’t like what you do they better not look into what goes in canned soup they eat. Then again maybe they would appreciate your process more? Hard to say! But great job. Keep doing what you do and ignore those who just don’t know. ❤❤❤

I think most people are aware that the various types of meat offered for sale in stores/markets around the world came from an animal. In Vietnam canines and nonhuman primates are sold as a protein source. But there are many people around the world that do not eat meat, regardless of the source. Please don't assume everyone who was uncomfortable with the footage of the poultry being taken to the market was too stupid to realize "where their food comes from".

I am so sorry to hear that you broke your arm. It's surprising to learn how much you depend on your arm, when you can't use it. Use a garbage bag and use ribbon, string or the best is an elastic That's to tie up the garbage bag at the top so water doesn't get in. I was in a cast for a month or 6 weeks. I didn't break it, he did that to immobilize my arm. Another hint is to buy elastic waist pants, it makes getting dressed and going to the bathroom so much easier. Stay away from button down tops also.

But you shouldn't have pain when they help you move your arm. If you do, call your doctor and tell him, they may change your physical therapy.

I love your videos. All of them. I grew up on a small farm in the country. I know and miss this way of life very much. It was such a satisfying way of life. We were probably the healthy kids around our community too. I have 7 siblings. We drank farm fresh raw milk right from our own cow. We ate fresh home grown fruit and vegetables that we grew ourselves and my mother would harvest and prepare and can hundreds and hundreds of jars of produce to feed us through the winter months. We also raised livestock. To feed our family and to generate extra income. We had many different animals that were our pets as well. There is no shame in this way of life. As an adult I’ve always been very healthy and have experienced very little illness. Also me and my 7 siblings have aged very well. Looking years younger than we really are. I attribute this to our way of life and how my dad parents raised us and fed us. We all had hard work to do from a pretty young age but it was worth it. I would not change anything about my childhood and the way we lived. It was the greatest time of my life and I would do just about anything if I could live that way again. To me you are very fortunate and live a wealthy life. Wealth is not a $ in my eyes! To me it seems you have everything a person needs or could hope to have. Your way of life including raising and selling of livestock is a beautiful way of life! I wonder if any of these people who comment bad have ever looked into the process that canned soup company’s go through to put meat in the cans of soup they eat? All I’m saying is if they don’t like what you do they better not look into what goes in canned soup they eat. Then again maybe they would appreciate your process more? Hard to say! But great job. Keep doing what you do and ignore those who just don’t know. ❤❤❤

I thought I was commenting on an earlier video when I said I’m glad things are looking up! I’m very sorry you lost your corn crop! But glad so much of the corn can still be eaten. The sticky rice with corn looked delicious! You’re always so resourceful!! Wishing you and all on the farm a very good day tomorrow! Here in the USA it’s Halloween. Children are dressed in costumes and going from house to house to ask for candy!!
