Because they weren’t very popular when they were winning those championships. They were one of the league’s most hated teams. I despised them myself during those years but looking back, I respect them beyond measure. Some great teams, love or hate them. I will say that 2007 series against the Suns was some bs.
Suns had a 20 point lead in game 5 going into the 4th quarter and still lost to the spurs in game 5

The Kings actually shot 204 FTs compared to the Lakers 185 FTs during the 2002 WCF. You wanna know who were screwed over worse: the 2023 Warriors and 2023 Nuggets who shot unlike the Kings shot much less FTs vs the Lakers.
The mid-to-late 2000s Suns could’ve did more damage had they stayed healthy
They got robbed in the worst way in 2007 during that Spurs series. Yes, they could have played better when they were at full strength and they still would have had to win two more series. However, Amare and Diaw got suspended for the pivotal game 5 because of that blatant cheap shot on Nash by Horry. That made me dislike the Spurs even more than I already did at the time and made me almost hate Horry personally even though I never met him.

Lob City Clippers had the unfortunate fate of coming up right when the Warriors started coming up. If the Warriors didn’t build that roster, I believe the Clippers would have at least won one ring

Would the Kings have won in 2003 if Webber doesn’t go down and beat the spurs they were more experienced but spurs were better defensively and Duncan was on a whole another level
Spurs would win because Duncan actually raised his level in the playoffs vs the Lakers compared to Webber who played hot potato with Mike Bibby in the clutch.
