Sar main ek basic teacher hun portal per Meri CCL jyada show ho rahi hai teen bar application de chuki hun lekin correction nahin hua mujhe portal per apni CCL ka correction karana hai portal per Meri CCL 286 jyada chadhi Hui hai

Hello sir I want to ask
If initial update was wrong/wrongly vetted by account and now we want to correct it than what will be the correct modus operadi/proper channel to make it correcr in the intrest of the employees.
Pls reply sir 🙏🙏🙏 it my humble request
We have to update/correct 1 employee leave (instead of credit 40 HLAP we credited 4 HLAP than what is the process to make it correct ? And who has the power to make it correct?

Sir 2023 me mujhe 28 LAP mila tha aur maine 2023 me 13+6= 19 LAP USE KIYA
AUR AB JANUARY ME 15 LAP ADD HONE KE BAAD MERE HRMS ME 17 LAP HI DIKH RAHA HAI JABKI MERA 24 LAP HONA CHAHIYE

मैंने hrma के माध्यम से एक दिन की CL अवकाश लिया था लेकिन लेकिन मैंने जिस दिन की CL ली थी उस दिन में दिन के 13 बजे एवलेवल था इस कारण से CMS में मेरी CL नहीं चढ पाई लेकिन HRMS ME CL एक दिन की कट गई है उसे वापस HRMS ME कैसे वापस जुड़वा सकते हैं
