Watching these wonderful lectures from Case Western Reserve University, and I'm almost considering transferring just to listen to these wonderful polymer chemistry lectures.
@@djlipomi Congratulations! I hope you are enjoying the change, seeing as it is a relatively recent shift for you. Funnily enough, I noticed that Samuel Root, a mentee or yours, will be joining our department as an associate professor. We are super excited to have him join us.
Dear, In 13th minute, I have a doubt about the relation Molecular weight - Conversion with the chain growth polymerization uncontrolled. Why are you assuming is going to have the same behavior as step-growth? I've checked other references and it says that in chain growth, the Molecular weight increases with lower values of conversion and it maintains high. In my opinion, this second theory have more sense because of the high molecular weight the "semi-macromolecules" reacting with initiator they already have. Thanks a lot.
What an amazing explanation! My teacher just gave us equations and points without any vivid explanations, which is very tedious. Thanks a lot !
not often do i watch an entire video of 50 minutes. Well done on the explanation!
Thanks Daniel!

Sir, you really have a good way to explain things. Thank you!
Most welcome!
Thank you so much for immensely informative and helpful lectures. You are great lecturer with excellent explanation.
Thanks!
It was a very good lecture, sir. Wish there were more lectures on Polymer Science from you.
Thank you, your explanation of Carothers was excellent and very helpful.
Thanks!
I am watching from India 👍
What a Great Video! Your explanations are so easy to understand. Thank you!!
Thanks for the kind words and glad it was helpful!
A very good lecture with clearly understandable explanation!
Thanks a lot!
