    Hi Brandon, I opened my grinder, cleaned the burrs and everything, assembled it back but it ain't grinding now. I can hear motor running and the grinders also but not really crushing any bean, and also not dosing out. What could be the problem?

    Im so hard for put the top gear back ,always stuck on the middle of way . is there any tips ?

    So, here's the legit word from Rancilio: The fins are designed to dissipate all of the heat in the grinder, including that generated by the motor, with the goal of reducing the impact on the grounds. - Kat

    That's not what the heat sink is for. It's to cool the motor down which gets hot when used to the max in a cafe.
