From the script to the sound effects, to the little details like the humming tunes and the R.O.S.A. bit at the end, everything about this video blew me away! Oh yeah, time to completely over analyze this video WOOO!!! (LONG AHH COMMENT WARNING) Alright so, right off the bat the story telling is fire!! The setting is both imaginative and practical for the triggers and script. This coupled with Sulky's gruff and playful persona grants us an immersion as seamless as the robes of Jesus. The environment somehow feels like a doctors office inside of a junkyard. A place that serves as a haven; the eye in a storm of a world where technology is advanced and morals are low. I love how the characters are evolving throughout the audio. It genuinely feels like each one of Sulky's creations has their own personality. R.O.S.A is showing signs of genuine interest in her creator and bias towards what is good or bad for her. You can tell that the Mechanic (played by sulky) knows that the listener may not really human anymore. But even still she cares for them, though she would never admit it. Even the listener has their own story. If you read between the lines you can tell that the listener is fighting for what they believe in, even at the risk to themselves. As far as the actual sounds go I love the experimental nature of the audio. Every so often a delay will kick in to show that the listeners audio sensors are failing. Or a woooshh sound effect will play in response to Sulky 'working' on the listener. The crackly ambiance in the background mixed with the high passing to chop off excessive sounds is reminiscent of the early ambient music legend Burial. However, instead of a subdued and dark world of solitude, it feels like you could walk right in to Sulky's workshop for some routine maintenance. Taking a 3DIO audio of some weird Doctor Who pen and then adding a reverb to it is GOATED OMGG! I love that idea so much and will definitely not steal it for my music. One thing they teach you in music writing is making your sounds sound human to make them gooder. And I firmly believe this applies to Asmr and natural panning over auto panning. Pretty much the only thing I didn't like is that when the match sound was layered with the metal sound the metal sound was reverbed a tad too much for my taste. Other than that this was a genuine 10 out of 10. And I will DEFINITELY BE LISTENING TO THIS AGAIN AND AGAIN HAHAH!!! Tldr: I want to eat this story it's so good. GOD THIS MUST HAVE TAKEN FOREVER TO MAKE (Also dont think I don't notice your secret plots Sulky! I think that 41 and 43 will team up and take down unnamed evil organization to free their fellow experiments! Or something like that. Evil scientists ego will be the downfall of both her and the big boss. Freedom will prevail!!)
