I hope THEY DON'T remake this one. The RE4 remake was mid as fuck. I know, kinda unpopular opinion, but.... I was there in 2005. You can't "remake" perfection. And RE5 is good for what it was. It's really a great coop shooter. Kinda shit singleplayer alone with derpy Shiva AI but.... It's a cool game. It has THE BEST Ending boss fights in the series history. Anyways, love the channel man. You play so many great classics and with such amazing quality. Cheers.
@@philaufan6 Yeah. It is. The changes to the atmosphere and lighting is off putting. RE4 is pretty much a perfect video game. There's not many perfect video games. Maybe Super Mario World, Half Life 2. And I'd put RE4 right there. You can't perfect, perfection. There's lots of other issues, and it's mostly around the gunplay. Having Leon be able to move while aiming, be able to insta-kill with knives, basically turn RE4 Remake into Splinter Cell Blacklist like gameplay. You headshot, knife, or you leg shot, stagger kick then knife. Once you upgrade the knives durability, which you can do my the time you get to castle, it really breaks the gameplay. Leon being able to truly sprint is a also a problem. Leon is way to fast in the Remake. Unless you're a handicapped person, RE4 Remake is way to easy. Ashley is even more annoying in this one. I don't like what they did with the first verdugo boss fight. The island didn't feel as epic as it did in the OG. These are just things I find annoying and lackluster compared to the original. I was there in 2005. I literally bought a shitty gamecube for RE4. It's something you had to expiernce back then to really get what I'm saying. Everyone saying the remake is great either has never really played RE4 or hasn't played it in years. I replayed it back in summer of 2021, so It's still fresh. Tho, as far as a modern AAA game, it's alright. That's about right for this era of gaming lol.
