      lol. This synth is a MONSTER. Really confusing at first. I wouldn't start here. Start with Massive. But alas, you wrote this a year ago. You're probably on a record label by now

    Bullocks dude , the reason why PM1 skips those nasty intervals is because it's set to Ratio instead of pitch
    SO set osc2 to ratio instead of pitch to get the same behaviour

  • @mortenrobinson

    5:19 disappointing that it doesn't include pulse width modulation, just to top it off.

    • @complxmotion
      @complxmotion  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      Depending on the wavetable that you have selected, you do indeed get pulse width modulation! I believe it is the square wavetable that provides the option :)

    • @mortenrobinson
      @mortenrobinson 3 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@complxmotion I know. I just wanted this particular wavetable to also contain pulse width-modulation, it would make it so much more complete. Sine morphs to triangle, morphs to saw, morphs to square, morphs to pulse.

    • @complxmotion
      @complxmotion  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@mortenrobinson I understand what you mean, however if you keep watching the tutorial, you'll see that it can get extremely complex with the different wavetable modes unique to Massive X, and if it's not for you, there are plenty of other great synths out there too! :)

    • @mortenrobinson
      @mortenrobinson 3 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@complxmotion i like Massive X so far... and after all I bought it, or at least bought a bundle that includes it. There are a few disappointments here and there, but the sound is pretty convincing.
