I'm getting this same bumper for my 2SS. You don't have to get a 6th gen conversion hood. I don't think they exist anyways. The lines you mentioned align perfectly for a 5th gen 2014-2015 SS hood. The hood cowl is much wider. This bumper was designed for that particular model. Simply buy a 2014-2015 SS hood from a salvage yard, online or get an aftermarket hood that fits that year and model.

I got a question did you need to buy fasteners or did you reuse the ones from you’re old bumper also for you’re fog lights did you need new screws or did you reuse you’re old ones? I bought the auto addict bumper and lights they don’t come with fasteners or screw

Hey 👋🏽 glad you mentioned it, so Auto Addict recommends to paint the fenders and the hood to make everything perfect, the paint is old and has ben in the sun,causing the OEM paint to loose its original color. So when you paint a bumper with the original color code the tones might be different, my plans is to put all the exterior parts and then getting a new paint job to accommodate everything! …… With that being said its not really noticeable just depends on the lighting ….. what did you ask for on the paint, matte black grills and splitters or gloss black?
the paint was instructed to be white and glossy black on the inserts and canards.
