Whereas Bleach, FMA and One Piece are actually serious, Needless was made pretty much for the sole purpose of making fun of most mainstream shounen manga. In other words, it's not serious, it's INTENDED as a joke and thus it's worth watching if you're there for the humor. Note, once again, the dozens of plot floors are intentional, they were actually DESIGNED to be there for the sake of mockery.
Magister vulpes The manga actually explains the plot holes contained within the anime, but even so. Its Needless to look into it further XD

Imo, this is a Godly anime. Its post apocalyptic, and most people ave powers. The main character (I think his name was Cruise) gets separated from his sister & meets 2 needless (the people with powers) & an old nigga. Then things escalate. I recommend it

I watched it and it is actually pretty entertaining... but short lived.
Either or I still wouldn't say it is the best anime. It is definitely better than Bleach and One Piece. I'd say it's on the same level as Naruto... maybe.
But Full Metal Alchemist trumps all so... yeah.
