First of all, thank you! .... I agree with you the biggest challenge, even in terms of time, was to disguise. Although, thanks to the slightly raised paneling, the operation is much easier.
fantastic build would personally have like to see the detail in the weapons bays but that is down to your personal preference the masking looks a bit beyond my skill level, the base colour just looks a bit of an odd choice still looks great though & makes it stand out.
First of all, thank you :) I decided to leave the bays closed, after consulting the photos. Masking was not easy, it took me a long time and gave me some problems. As you rightly say, the first layer of color turned out to be different from the first one :( Thanks again!
@@DGModeling it was only after watching this video that i saw some pictures of the aircraft in its base coat & its very similar to who you painted maybe it a little lighter though.
Ti ringrazio Giuseppe
Well , I thought to find out some good tips from this project but... I do not understand how a modeler ( and you are not a novice I suppose) can invest a lot of time to add new self made elements ( see cockpit , pilot seat, idraulic wires..)and more, making a masking that requires hours ( and i know very well how long it takes with some models !) and in the end to present a half work ( more than 50% of pieces remained in the box) without wing pilons , missile compartment...). Sorry but that stunning tourquoise-green camouflage of plain fantasy ( really colors are shades of dark gull grey and light grey)bonded over a dark grey is truly funny. Than they will say that even pink and yellow are artistic choices
By the way, this isnt a fantasy colour, its actually the primer installed during the construction of this plane ( before the main grey tone), this is the reason why he didnt add things like missiles in the first place, so i dont understand why you want to spread this neggative attitude against this man, i think its a pretty deacent build!!

I may be late on this but it looks stunning. Though it would have been nice if the bomb bays were open (not saying I can do better).

What is the name of the item that you have stabilized the seat on?

Why f-35 color is mint?
The coloring is due to the color of the primer of the Leonardo shipyards. This plane represents an aircraft that just left the assembly line.
DGModeling Ok thank you
interesting color scheme, but i'm not judging.
Mm por que pintan asi azul???🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔
I tried to reproduce the factory primer, unfortunately I wasn't completely successful

Rivets on an F-35??? Composit mainly. No rivets. Not made of traditional building. Do research
I have documented, and apparently, to assemble airplanes, they still use rivets ...
The rivets are visible when the aircraft is primed, you can look up pictures of the F-35 in production and see it for yourself.
Those are special screws for certain panels for maintenance there are positively zero rivets on f35 or f22
