How to make Asian Pork Patty and Sweet Fish Sauce
Ingredients and recipe for Asian Pork Patty
▪️ 3lbs ground pork
▪️ 1/2 cup water
▪️ 3 tbsp corn starch
▪️ 1 tsp baking soda
▪️ 1 tsp black pepper
▪️ 1 tbsp garlic powder with salt
▪️ 2 tbsp sugar
▪️ 1 tbsp fish sauce
▪️ 2 tbsp oyster sauce
▪️ 2 tbsp red roasted pork seasoning
Ingredients and recipe for Sweet Fish Sauce
▪️ water 2 cups - 500ML
▪️ sugar 1 cup - 200g
▪️ salt 2 tsp - 10g
▪️ lime juice 1/4 cup - 65ML
▪️ vinegar 1/4 cup - 65ML
▪️ thin sliced garlic 3 cloves
▪️shallots 1 cloves
▪️ carrots or red chilies to your liking
