If there’s any people out there that are wondering “Do you need a mod to get the aircraft carrier” No, you don’t. Because I was seeing what would happen if I kept going on a JetSki and I found the aircraft carrier with out a mod. But you need a mod for the people to be working at the aircraft carrier and it’s possible to enter the aircraft carrier even without the mod for the people to be working.
