Honestly besides whammy i think the biggest thing keeping this from being used for clone hero is the fact that the strum wouldnt be able to rake, plus the price when you can get a wii guitar and a raphnet adapter for much cheaper which is just considered the standard at the moment.

A little notes:
That GH guitar you're using is the smallest of all of guitar hero guitars. And the only one using those kind of buttons. The rest of the series used bigger ones which I think are more comparable with the Gitadora ones.
I think a more comparable guitar would be the GHWT or GH5 guitars which have a similar strat form. Also RockBand would apply on form factor and their guitars have bigger buttons than Gitadora.
Whammy isn't that necessary for playing GH, except if you want to milk more star power.

@@gatorz8610 From my experience Brown switches do have a slightly louder sound when bottomed out then Red's due to the stem contracting in the switch itself. Also the other switches that come with the product are clicky sounding as she said and showed in the video.

You could easily spend $100 less. My WT PS2 guitar built by someone cost $190 shipped, 760 productions costs the same amount. They use Mech fret and strum switches, + use an arduino board with Sanjay's guitar configurator, both are usable on ps3/4/5 wii and PC.

It makes me sad everyone avoids Guitarfreaks like the plague and Drummania is the only one that gets any credit. I’m a Guitarfreaks main and it’s my favorite game ever. The difficulty is so tight and feels so right, plus we get actual key sounds for guitar notes where Guitar Hero just stops the prerecorded guitar track. Guitarfreaks deserves more love. :c

@@빙칠링고양이 i dont really hear it from other people (mostly cuz there are barely anyone talking about gitadora in english) but from my general arcade experience (and probably for the other 2) is that drummania is seen as the more fun and flashier rhythm game over guitarfreaks
add to the fact that drummania is wildly different from most other rhythm games and that guitarfreaks is often compared to guitar hero 99.99999% of the time, it unfortunately makes guitarfreaks quite less popular than drummania

for Guitar Hero, it's really helpful when there are lots of "jack notes" (basing on VSRGs terminology, idk what the exact word is), which is more common than you think
For Guitadora, the game mechanic forces you to strum im every notes anyway so why isn't it necessary?

Here are some facts. Guitar Hero actully copied off of guitar freaks in 2005.
