I used Kicad earlier, but I never tried to use the PCB files it produces. From what I see of Kicad it does appear to produce standard files, so I would just try it and see how you go.
@@Alex-ok7mg I will try, I am ready building the machine, now lear to use it with drufelcnc. I can export gerber with Kicad, program is grow big and looks good.
Sir when i open gerber in Flatcam It no put in (0;0) how i put it in (0.0). so when i open it in. Mach3 of cnc. and put X=0 Y=0 Z=o The cnc. Go out the region
Hello ayad - you need to set the reference in Mach3 (zero the coordinates) before you run the CNC programme. (See video part 1 0:20) You will notice in the video (at 1:58) that I set the reference manually to the board reference for the side 1 and 2 and then move to where the PCB reference is and then zero x, y etc so this becomes the PCB reference (Video 2:02) . So you etc with respect to the PCB reference and align with respect to the board reference. I know this sounds complicated but if you follow the video if should work for you.
@@Alex-ok7mg sir pleass my problem not solved yet When i open firstly bottom layer it must put at. (0.0). But it not put at (0.0). I need this Sir can i send picture to solved my problem in. watsap or emial 9467803787572+ ayadsobhan1992@gmail.com
When I generate the Excellon files in Eagle, the holes appears too far of the board in FlatCam... why? I've tried with all Excelon options. What I did wrong?
It is very hard to say without seeing your set up however the first thing that I would check is to confirm that your dimensions for both applications are in metric or whatever. I assume that the holes appear in the right place relative to each other but just off-set?
yes, both are in millimeters, and no.. the holes appears in disorder , it not appears in relation to the components, but there are the amount that should be. What configuration do you choose when creating the Excellon file?
Can I use also Kicad for this, I have no Eagle anymore sinds she are switch to web version system.

So you only need the .nc files for routing and etching. Is it right
Yes, that is correct.

I use EXCELLON_33M from the "Device" dropdown list.
I found my problem here th-cam.com/video/ZsIiDSUmwP4/w-d-xo.html and the correct solution here flatcam.org/manual/eaglehowto.html
Great and thanks for letting me know. I never encountered this problem so it is good to know just in case.
what machine is this?
The PCB Isolation routing is done on a standard 6040 CNC
