I have been having some serious existential anxiety lately. I am starting to think more and worry more about how temporary this life is and I have been struggling for a while (It’s 4:44am right now as I type this btw). I was having a bit of an anxiety attack and I asked God to please speak to me and let me know that I have nothing to be afraid of. I opened TH-cam just to scroll as a distraction and this video was one of the first to come up and I can’t even believe how perfect this was. I needed this so much thank you

Thank you so much for the beautiful meditation. I had the most extraordinary experience. As I was meditating to this I felt like a thousand tiny fairies were tickling both my palms. I have never been more connected to a guided meditation before.
I have skipped this video so many times before, but finally today it spoke to me. I was meant to listen to it today. It’s hard sometimes to see that God is still there, waiting for you to listen, to let go of all the unanswered questions, so you can heal. Today I needed His guidance, I asked for answers.
