Ace skiing. Looks like you found it pretty easy for a black. Was there much difference to the Niederau reds? I was in Niederau this winter, hoped my intermediate would take me on my first black but I had a 'fraidy cat fellow student and then her children turned up too :( That said, the teacher was excellent and the skiing great fun.
Thanks for the comment Larry, no I don't think there is a huge difference between the red and black runs, black 15 is fairly hard due to it's length, it seems to go on forever so it can get a bit tough on the legs, this was the first time I had done a black run, in fact the first one our instructor took us on was black 24 which you get access from red 23 and it finishes about a third of the way down red 24 which it joins, I have to say this is an easy black as i thought I was still on red 23! I really enjoyed the skiing in Niederau as the slopes are so smooth the legs don't get pummelled into submission! I will be booking for 2017 :O)
Here's some advice, don't stop in the middle of the of piste on the apex of a corner, that's so disrespectful to everyone else and shows how thoughtless you are. Move to one side and allow people past instead of causing a danger to everyone else. You should be getting out of the way and not forcing other piste users to go around you. If you get smashed out of the way at some point in the future its because you're not following the rules.
Really?? Well as a skier it is my responsibility not to collide with anyone in front of me? So it works the same with skiers behind me, we we're in ski school and if the instructor brought us to a halt that is where we stopped, I appreciate what you are saying, but while in ski school I respect what our instructor dictates us to do.
@@Hinckley_Biker You should know before you go. If your instructor isn't following them, you should question your instructor on setting a very very bad example. www.erv.co.uk/blog/winter-sports/10-fis-golden-rules-for-skiing-and-snowboarding/ I hope you have better luck in the future with your ski instructors
@@vitalhostage1719 Actually I thought I would have a look at your channel for advice and inspiration but oddly enough it is empty of any content . . . Funny that!
i'm not going to be as nice in the response to this arrogant and ignorant git. wind your neck in steven. have you nothing better to do with your time. and wise up it isnt our responsibility to question ski instructors. what an ejit you are. i wouldnt waste my time visiting his channel. making an issue out of nothing. pathetic. pity you :-)
