Video is good but dish is very strange. Cleanliness of the meat is not assured. If you clean the meat with lime water(chona used for whitewashig) and thoroughly rinsed with plenty of running water.

If you want to clean this meat,first wash it with plenty of running water ,then make the towel side outer ,then dip it in boiling water for five minutes,then remove it out and put it on plain surface ,then rub it hard and peel off yellow surface until white surface appear . Do all the towel side surface clean in this way.Then you will feel different level of satisfaction.Then rinse it in lime water.Ater that wash it water s properly cleaned. Then cook it according to your requirement.
