I had a 49 when I was 15. Worked all summer to buy it. I'm 40 know. Wish I still had it. At the time parts were far and few between.
This sounds like a lovely Truck which was very nice to drive. I drove on many occasions a similar Dodge Truck except it was Right Hand Drive.
It had a three speed column shift and Synchro on all but first gear.
Hey Man... that radio is probably worth about half as much as the truck.
