Back in 2004, Ben Lost did a guest mix and opened with this track on Trance Around the World #16. The track was released 3 years later in 2007 on West's own label. I wonder if it got released earlier if it would have gained more traction. I'm not sure, but maybe it had something to do with it not getting traction. Either way, I keep coming back to this one. Looks like you do too.
@@dda0426 Thanks for that info. For all the thousands of trance and progressive tracks I've heard over the past 20+ years, I still find this to be one of the very most addictive ones. I could probably listen to it on a loop, which I can't say about very many tracks. And speaking of Ben Lost, too bad the later Exhibitions didn't rise to the level of the first one.
a Milestone in Progressive Trance genre. One of a kind, a trully classic, remembered by few, judging by the views but it defined a genre. Highly atmospehric, melodic, with deep baseline. What do you want more? It was such a great tune back in the day, and it is such a great tune nowadays. Just like Sasha's Airdrawndagger album.... Inspiration? Maybe.
I don't know how I missed this track until 2011---this is SUCH a great track! From the same guy who did the excellent and quirky Welsh Morphology, but I think this is really a prog/trance classic with a super-addictive melody and construction!
In the past got everything, this music and no money but I was happy. Now got a lot of money, its hard to get music like this and have lost everything and yeah I'm not happy at all...
Oh wow! I had been looking for this song for soooo long way back and then gave up on it. It was like an opening song for an Orkidea mix I think and I was like "So cool!" but that mix had no listing where I found it so I had no idea who the song artists were. So glad you posted this and I found it. ^_^
The intro is just unbelievable

What an absolute classic! I can't believe this track isn't better known than it is.

I don't care!! It's better known now muh fuggug!
Pure bliss
Ahh man takes me back to my early 20a loving prog trance! Gives me them chills and tingles!

Would be nice if David West came back to making trance like this.
Progrez Yes we definitely need more of It.

Love reading comments of people finding this song after many years and sharing details about it that could be lost in time;
It's strange how this tune makes me feel sad and happy
Amazing tune. Back in the days when this tune was being played in a radio show called ASOT 😏
így van ;)
when trance was trance
I remember that it got played on shows like ASOT and GDJB, but then it took forever to release it, like a year and a half after its peak hype.
@@PlasticBag4Status my fav weekly shows back in the days:) plus Club Elite Sessions w M.I.K.E. 🎉
THIS will never die.

Enjoyed his music inthe mid 90s
Oh my word, this track is incredible! I just picked it up on vinyl and can't stop playing it!
Officially released in 2007 but I first heard it in a Markus Schulz GDJB in 2005, felt like it took an eternity back then to come out
I was listening to Sirius (extended) - The Alan Parsons Project and the second half of the track reminded me of this one.
This track brings me back to the good times when i had no care in the world

Exactly how I've just arrived here, banged on an old Orkidea Unity mix from 2003 & got reminded how awesome this tune is! Shazam ID'ed it for me 😂
Thank you very much for uploading!
amazing song!!!
Reminds me of Sasha - Wavy Gravy
Holy man. You are so so so on point with this.
I had never heard Wavy Gravy but I'm so glad you mentioned it. I am in love.
